SOUL BREATHING * THE BREATH OF LIFE

Beloved Masters, it is important that you understand that Spirit is all pervading. It is found in all elements and can be reduced to one primal element called Adamantine particles, which is the energy of all Creation emanating from the Heart Core of the Supreme Creator. Adamantine particles are an intelligent force which is aware of Itself, for it bears the consciousness of its Source. Therefore, it is called the Spirit which flows out into this universe via our Father/Mother God and it is the DIAMOND RAY FLAME sent forth from the Supreme Creator. A Spark of this blessed gift resides within your Sacred Heart and is called your Diamond Core God Cell. Remember, as we have told you, the half-spectrum Light that is available to humanity-at-large is neutral and can be re-qualified. In other words, it can be used in a positive or a negative way.

As you journeyed further and further away from your God Self, the column of Light that connected you to your Source was stretched to the maximum, until it became a thin Silver Cord instead of a brilliant Light column the width of the crown of your head. You are now reversing that process, beloveds. As your vibrational frequencies are raised and you return to a harmonious level of resonance, your Silver Cord of Light begins to expand until it will be, once again, the width of the crown of your head. In paintings, the halos you see around the ascended masters and saints are representative of the glowing crown chakras that are visible to those with inner sight.

Those who exist in the illusion of the third and lower fourth dimensions receive only a small stream of Living Light from our Father /Mother God via their Higher Self. The Breath of Life is restricted, and only a minimal amount of primal life force energy is available to them. You might say they are on a ‘starvation diet’ for they are not receiving all the ‘Light nutrients’ they need to function as an ‘empowered Spiritual/human Being.’ The air the masses breathe at this level of existence is only oxygen; however, as you gain access to the higher dimensions, you also tap into the Living Light called Adamantine particles or Prana. For you see, when you are resonating with the more refined levels of consciousness, the air is filled with the Elixir of Life, and through dedication and intention, you prepare yourselves to become vessels for the Living Light. This Christed Light cannot be re-qualified, it can only be used for the greatest good, for it must be activated by your pure, loving intent. Otherwise it remains dormant.

CONSCIOUS BREATHING WITH PURE INTENTION COULD BE CALLED SOUL BREATHING, and once you have connected to the Stream of Life/Light via the Cities of Light, the Infinity Breath exercise and Binary Sequencing, you will have a never-ending supply of Diamond Ray Life/Light flowing into you and through you. That is when you and your world will be forever changed, and the illusion of the third/fourth dimensions will slowly fade into the background. You will become immune to the negativity swirling around you as you become a living, radiant Sentinel of Light.

Many of you ask: "How can we connect with our guardian angel, the Masters and the angelic forces?" We say to you, ‘turn within and move your consciousness into the sanctuary of your Sacred Heart.’ The silence within the Still Point is a place of unlimited power. Concentrated power plus focused intention results in perfect, conscious union with the ALL THAT IS. Thus the saying: ‘Be Still and know that I am God.’ Our Father/Mother God speak to you through the still small voice from within. Your vaster Self in Spirit form is always trying to nudge you in the right direction. The nudgings via inspiration and subtle, positive occurrences increase as you begin to listen and take positive action for the greatest good. The motivating forces of the universe are silent, but powerful. The universe is teeming with the Elixir of Life just waiting for you to claim your Divine Birthright.

When you accept the fact that a sense of self-worth must come from within, you will stop seeking validation from others and outside yourself. No matter how many riches you accumulate, or how many accomplishments you have to your credit, if you do not have a deep-seated connection with your inner Spark of Divinity, you will forever be seeking approval. At the center of your soul is the Sacred Heart and in the center of your Sacred Heart is your Diamond Core God Cell. The Sacred Heart and Sacred Mind connect you to your higher intelligence and create infinite awareness.

Many of you have also asked: "What is the purpose of the Binary Sequencing exercise?" We have endeavored over the past few months to help you understand that your return pathway home was established aeons ago. The purpose of the Binary Sequencing exercise via the Infinity Breath is to open those refined pathways, and to reestablish your connection with the higher dimensional planes of existence. As you, the Sentinels of Light, integrate more and more of the higher refined frequencies from the Cities of Light into your physical vessels and radiate them out into the world, the process of reconnecting with the higher realms begins where you will, once again, have access to the full spectrum Light which contains the Prana /Adamantine particles of Eternal Life. Remember, in our past explanation to you, we stated, ‘By performing the Binary Sequencing exercise, you will reach all the way up to and connect with the Eighth Dimension, the Infinity / Prosperity gateway, and also the ninth- dimensional angelic gateway.’ This is the highest level that is available to humanity during this particular round of ascension. Via your intention, by breathing the Infinity Breath and saying each number while you pause during the Still Point moment, you are opening the circuits (so to speak) to each dimensional level from the first to the ninth:

Those of you who have returned to an acceptable level of duality within the broad spectrum of Light and shadow have already cleared and opened the refined channels for the first through the higher-fourth dimensions, and are in the process of clearing the pathway into the higher fifth-dimensional levels. Some of you are now accessing some of the Light frequencies from the sixth dimension via the City of Light in your area, and adding those components to your "Energetic formula of Light." Hopefully, this will help you to understand how important these exercises are and how the results will not only help you on your path of ascension, but will assist all humanity and the Earth as well. Many of you have promised and agreed to bring forth the maximum Creator Light that you can humanly contain within your physical vessel, and through your loving intent, you are sharing this Light for the greatest good of all. Do you see now why we are calling you ‘Sentinels of Light?’

Beloveds, these are times of monumental change throughout the Earth and your solar system, and each of you is in the midst of an accelerated initiation process whether or not you acknowledge it. You can either move forward with ease and grace or fall deeper into the chaos and suffering of the lower dimensions. Remember, the moment you begin to believe in scarcity and limitation, that is the moment you begin to experience those limitations in your life’s experience. The choice is yours, for you are the creator of your reality. Know that the challenges and opportunities before you will bring rewards beyond anything you can imagine, and so do not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone as you reach for the stars. You must learn that true happiness is not a gift on the earthly plane; it must be earned and is unattainable without an inner sense of self-worth. You are in the process of finding your true Self, as all the illusions, distortions and misconceptions are gradually cleared away. However, you must love and honor the person you are at the present while you are striving to become the person you wish to be. Many of you are becoming aware of the power of truth and right choices.

Accept your cloak of radiant Light, for you have earned it. Follow your own path and do not fear being different from those around you. We know you feel lonely at times, but you are never alone. SCORPIO

You chose to be born under the influence of the Sun Sign Scorpio for this lifetime because your greatest desire is to bring all the facets of your Being back into harmony. Scorpio is ruled by energetic Mars and the planet of intense desires, Pluto. It is a water sign, and the element of water gives you a strong emotional nature with powerful, deep-seated feelings, and a strong sense of purpose. Scorpio is a greatly diverse sign with a Scorpion depicting the lower nature or energies of that sign, whereby someone might be cunning and strike out when angry. Dearest friends, several years ago, Beloved Michael gave me the information about Binary Sequencing and other techniques that I was to include in my seminars. I have been teaching the process ever since along with a constant flow of new information that I have incorporated into my seminar teachings. A few months ago, Michael told me that it was now time to release the Binary Sequencing techmique to the masses. Since the Binary Sequencing information was distributed, via one of the monthly messages, I have heard from a great number of people wanting to know how to do the process.

Michael explained to me that those who were guided to attend our seminars were among the wayshowers who had agreed at a soul level, before incarnating in this lifetime, to initiate this and other processes at the appropriate time. Many of us, after doing the Binary Sequencing exercise, have been faithfully performing the Infinity Breath at least once a day, and I often do the exercise several times a day as it helps keep me centered and energizes me. I almost always do the twelve cycle Infinity Breath exercise at night and I also go into my personal pyramid of Light before I go to sleep to integrate the higher frequency infusions that I receive periodically. As a result of our unified efforts the Infinity Gateway is now open and accessible, along with the Prosperity Gateway, which is an integral part of the eighth-dimensional Infinity Gateway. Those of you who have diligently worked to open and access the Prosperity Gateway have played an major role in the process as well. As a result, it will be much easier for the masses to access this wondrous level of high frequency energy so that we all can begin to reap the rewards of universal abundance in all things. Claiming our Divine Birthright is an integral part of the ascension process. BASIC INFINITY/STILL POINT MEDITATION

Take a deep breath and center your consciousness in your Solar Power Center (the thymus, heart and solar plexus area), which we will now refer to as your SPC. Envision, however you perceive, your SPC being filled with the Divine Light Particles of Creation. As you breathe deeply, feel the energy begin to build within your body and travel up your back/spinal column. This energy permeates the medulla oblongata where the spinal column and the lowest part of your brain are connected, which contains nerve centers that control breathing and circulation, and which also connects to the ascension chakra. The energy of Creator Light moves through the ascension chakra and out the back of your head in an arch about six inches above the top of your head as it sweeps down before your face and enters the SPC again. It continues its journey down the back/spinal column and exits the body through the root chakra (the perineum) in an arch, flowing up the front of your body as it returns once again to the SPC within the body, gaining more energy, Light and power with each breath.

Continue the process of deep rhythmical breathing as you visualize this INFINITY sign of Light/Power arching further and further above your head and deeper down into the Earth, returning to your SPC with each rhythmic breath cycle. Continue the process as long as is comfortable, knowing that as you incorporate more of the precious Adamantine Particles, it will magically accelerate the process of cleansing and clearing your physical vessel of any discordant energies and filling the vacancies with Creator Light substance. You will also be accessing more and more of the higher dimensional thought forms of new Creation, anchoring them in your physical vessel/reality and deep within the Earth as well. Your beloved Earth will greatly benefit from the process as you share these wondrous gifts of Creation with her and, in turn, she will strengthen and harmonize her connection with you as you go about your Father/Mother God's business of creating paradise on your home planet.

BINARY SEQUENCING

IN USING THE INFINITY/STILL POINT BREATHING PROCESS, WE ACTIVATE THE 4TH, 5TH, 6TH, 7TH,, INFINITY/ 8th GATEWAYS, AND THE 9TH DIMENSIONAL, ANGELIC GATEWAY, THEREBY CONNECTING TO THE MULTIPLE CHAKRA POINTS OF OUR ENTIRE ENTITY BEING OR DIVINE I AM PRESENCE. IN DOING SO, WE REALLY DO JOIN THE RANKS OF THE BEINGS OF LIGHT IN THE HIGHER REALMS AND OUTSIDE THE TIME/SPACE CONTINUUM.

THE "STILL POINT" IS THE PAUSE BETWEEN THE OUT BREATH AND THE NEXT INBREATH WITH YOUR FOCUS ON THE SPC. THIS IS THE MOMENT OF PURE CREATION, A FINITE MOMENT WHEREBY WE ARE IN A PERFECT "GOD MOMENT." YOU MAY WANT TO PRACTICE THE STILL POINT INFINITY BREATH A FEW TIMES IN ORDER TO BECOME COMFORTABLE WITH THE PROCESS. TO EMPHASIZE THE STILL POINT MOMENT, YOU MAY WISH TO PULL IN YOUR STOMACH MUSCLES AND TAKE A SMALL"SNIFF." IN DOING SO, IT CLOSES THE CIRCUITRY OF THE INFINITY ENERGY WITHIN YOUR BODY AND SPREADS IT THROUGHOUT YOUR PHYSICAL VESSEL, WHICH IS MOST BENEFICIAL AND WILL ACCELERATE THE TRANSFORMATION PROCESS. MANY PEOPLE HAVE ASKED WHERE IN THE SOLAR POWER CENTER THE BREATH SHOULD ENTER ON THE INBREATH AND THE OUTBREATH. IT VARIES FROM PERSON TO PERSON. AS YOU PRACTICE, THE BREATH WILL AUTOMATICALLY ENTER AND EXIT AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE. WITHIN YOUR SPC. DO NOT TRY TO FORCE IT, AND THE ENERGY WILL FIND THE APPROPRIATE PATHWAY. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE WAITING FOR US TO TAP INTO IT.

AT THE STILL POINT PAUSE BETWEEN EACH OUTBREATH AND THE INBREATH (YOU MAY WISH TO "SNIFF" AND PULL IN YOUR TUMMY MUSCLES TO EMPHASIS THE STILL POINT). HOLD FOR A SECOND OR TWO AFTER EACH NUMBER AND THEN CONTINUE THE INBREATH PROCESS UNTIL YOU HAVE REACHED THE NUMBER 512. THE RETURN PATH HAS BEEN PREPARED

Beloved masters, your knowledge of the workings of the universe has grown by leaps and bounds over the past decade of your time. Many more of you than we ever thought possible are in the process of integrating and living the wisdom teachings that have been made available to the masses. You have exceeded our greatest expectations and are swiftly donning your cloaks of Light in preparation for your evolutionary ascension into the higher realms of existence.

Even though chaos and duality are an integral part of your existence in the third/fourth dimensions, there is order and design in the Universal Master Plan, and you were not sent forth as cocreators without protection and a clearly defined path to follow in place. Your return to full consciousness of your God Self within this universal expression has always been assured.

We have explained to you how radiant pyramid-shaped Light Stations are in place throughout the universe within every dimension and sub-dimension wherein you left an ethereal replica of yourself each time you fragmented or separated your Essence into masculine and feminine facets of consciousness. Your etheric Life/Light Cord weaves a path throughout the universe. A path which connects you to each of the fragments of Self, and this Life Cord is firmly connected to your magnificent God Self or I AM Presence, our Mother/Father God within the Great Central Sun, and to the Supreme Creator as well.

You are learning that you create your own reality, that you must endeavor to discover and integrate your own highest truths, and then live your personal philosophy to the best of your ability. Through experience, you have learned the rules of karma, the painful cause and effect results of distorted thought and actions. Down through the aeons of time, you have become proficient cocreators in the material realms of existence. Through much effort and practice you have learned to mold primal life force substance into a multitude of forms, many of which were elegant and inspiring, and others which were distorted, for they were a reflection of your diminished vibratory force field.

As you began to follow the nudgings of your Higher Self, you learned to disregard or not be affected by the actions or reactions of others who try to dis-empower you. The realms of duality and polarity are great teachers. If you had never experienced anything but loving and positive actions, there would be little or no growth and stagnation would result. Your ego self will constantly urge you to focus on the external world and to take actions that are not in your best interest as an aspiring self-master. If you consciously strive to stay centered within your Sacred Heart and use the enlightened wisdom of your Sacred Mind, you will never be led astray. Your intuition will grow stronger and stronger as you build your confidence as a self-master, and you will always sense and then know the correct decision to make or the path to follow. As your confidence and your intuitive abilities increase, indecision will become a thing of the past. You are re-learning the master skills you enjoyed in the higher realms. Remember, you were a master builder of worlds without end, and you have existed in the higher realms much longer than you have been entrapped in the dense environment of the lower dimensions.

Every facet of Creator consciousness in this universe has experienced Soul-body fragmentation and every Soul, at every level and station of Beingness, is now in the process of healing and reuniting with the many facets of Itself. You will integrate as many facets of Self as is humanly possible while in your present physical vessel, and the process will continue as you traverse the higher realms of existence. You are bio-computers with harmonic resonance. Each of you is a complex vibratory Being. You have become accustomed to the slower, denser energy of the third/fourth dimensions; however, you are in the process of balancing, harmonizing and lifting the resonance of your force field in order to ascend into a more refined higher dimensional state of Being. You must remember that you are a unique facet of the Creator, and you should treasure your uniqueness as you strive to return to the Oneness of your Divine Self. You have a wealth of experience and wisdom to share with the multiple facets of your Self, and your successes have been duly recorded in the Cosmic Records for future reference. You are learning to erase from your memory and free yourselves from the confines of the collective consciousness belief system; and via your Pyramids of Light in the higher dimensions, you are also learning to soar into the more refined realms of awareness. Each time you do so, you gradually bring back with you into your physical vessel and your auric field the uplifting, harmonious frequencies of the higher realms, which builds a stronger, more radiant and expanded force field around you.

Your chakra system was designed to draw forth and integrate Creator Light/energy into the human body as well as contain all of the attributes, qualities and virtues of your godly Self. The function of the glandular system is to transfer that energy into material substance to be used by the physical vessel. You are relearning how to breathe the way you were originally designed to breathe, which gives you access to Prana, the breath of Life, and also assists in the integration of the pure Cosmic Life Force Energy called Adamantine Particles. In those first golden ages, these wondrous tools and techniques were used without distortion to manifest unlimited energy, and facilitated the creation of everything necessary to live in comfort and abundance. In those wondrous times, the Earth was a true paradise called the Garden of EDON.

As you progress into the more rarified realms of existence you are finding that time is becoming more malleable and your reality is more fluid than in the past. Your world is shape-shifting dramatically and your future seems more uncertain. Your highs and lows are not as dramatic as in the past, but they are happening more often so that you sometimes feel as if you are on a fast-moving roller coaster. You must be vigilant and focused on the NOW moment as you strive to stay centered within your Sacred Heart. There is no place on Earth that is not being affected by the powerful energies of change. Just as the Earth experiences cycles of cleansing, rest and growth, so it is with humanity. Many of you are experiencing more symptoms of physical distress than ever before and many dear souls have decided to make their transition and continue their soul journey in other realms of experience. Please do not buy into the concept that what is transpiring on Earth and to you personally is a punishment or judgment from on High, for just the opposite is true. The axiom that everything that is worthwhile takes tenacity, dedication and a concerted effort applies to this transition/ascension process that humanity and the Earth are in the midst of.

The human, animal, vegetable and mineral kingdoms are all in the process of transformation. The crystalline energy from the Supreme Creator is permeating every facet and expression of materiality in this universe. The expansion of consciousness and the metamorphosis of the human form is like emerging from a restrictive cocoon. You are unfolding your symbolic wings of Light as your auric field begins to reflect the radiance from within your Sacred Heart core. You are in the process of being reformed and refined from the deepest core level. Remember, we have told you that you are no longer moving into the future in linear time/space reality. You are becoming multidimensional and you are moving back in time, healing the past as you go forward on the spiral of the future.

Beloved masters, when you first integrated your Spirit into bodily form, do you remember how you used the Golden Light of Creation and your Sacred Mind to manifest a multitude of wondrous things? You took great joy in the physical world; however, after many trials and much pressure from those around you, you began to doubt yourselves. Once more, it is time for you to access and reclaim those marvelous gifts, dear hearts. Listen to the whisperings of your Higher Self, and focus on that which is harmonious, loving and beneficial for all. Rise above any conflict or distortions that come your way, and view them as an opportunity to grow in Soul-strength and wisdom. As the turbulence and chaos increases, you must stay centered within your Sacred Heart, and you must stay disciplined and focused on your vision for the future via the wisdom of your Sacred Mind. All of you have had thousands of lifetimes, in this and other star systems and realities, in a great variety of physical and etheric forms. It is of vast importance that you have at least a basic understanding of the magnificent and complex Divine Plan that is unfolding step-by-step in order to assure the ascension process for the humanity and the Earth will be accomplished as ordained. You, the vanguard, have important roles to play, and we are revealing as much of the Plan to you as you can understand and implement. We will now outline and convey to you another important facet of the ascension process. Just as you were guided and safeguards implemented in the descension process, so it is with the ascension process that is now in full swing.

THE MER-KA-BA

Mer Ka Ba are Egyptian words meaning: MER (LIGHT), KA (SPIRIT), AND BA (BODY). This eight-pointed Star Tetrahedron is your personal vehicle of Light and was created as you journeyed down into the lower dimensions and eventually devolved into human form. It could be called the descending vehicle of Light. Eventually the two triangles separated with the point of each triangle joining at the third eye to create a diamond: " A MER-KA-BA is a counter-rotating field of Light that affects Spirit and the body simultaneously. The two merged triangles represent the merged soul and your God Ray Self which recreates your Light Body. It is a living field of Light that has become diminished down through the ages as you sank deeper and deeper into density. In the past, a healthy spinning MER-KA-BA field on the Earth plane was fifty to sixty feet in diameter. It is a vehicle that can take your Spirit and body from one reality or dimension to another. It is an inter-dimensional vehicle of Light. In the beginning, pranic energy or the Living Light filled with Adamantine Particles of Creator Light flowed through the Pineal Gland which is located in the center of the brain. Like the Thymus, this gland has diminished greatly from its original size: from the size of a golf ball to about the size of a pea. During those ancient times, the pranic breath/Light flowed through the Pineal Gland into the Sacred Mind, down through the column of Light (often called the pranic tube), into the Sacred Heart, and then throughout the rest of the physical vessel. The Pineal Gland is the portal to your Sacred Mind. Therefore, this gland must be reactivated to some extent and the protective membranes of Light must be dissolved in order to gain entrance into the Sacred Mind, which is located at the upper portion of the brain at the back of the head.

In the beginning, the prana flowed up and down throughout the physical vessel in an infinity sign loop. As you sank deeper and deeper into density you stopped breathing in this sacred way, and began to breath shallowly through your nose and mouth, thereby bypassing the Pineal Gland and losing your ability to draw forth the life-giving properties of prana. You are relearning those ancient procedures via the infinity breath techniques. You draw forth the breath and send it upward through the Vagus nerve, and out of the body through the Medulla Oblongata (the ascension chakra). This breathing technique also allows the pranic energy to flow upward through the pranic tube to the Pineal Gland and into the Sacred Mind and downward through the pranic tube into the Sacred Heart. On the out-breath you draw that sacred energy downward throughout the body, empowering, balancing and harmonizing your energetic force field.

The Vagus nerve connects to the Medulla Oblongata via the brain stem, and also courses downward through the neck connecting to the heart and the Solar Power Center. This nerve completely controls the respiratory system and, therefore, is one of the most important nerves in your body, for without breath you cannot live. The Vagus nerve is also the connection to your etheric life cord which has been called the River of Life/Light.

THE MER-KI-VAH

DIVINE LOVE/ LIGHT IS WHAT EXPANDS AND EMPOWERS THE MER-KI-VAH FIELD

The Earth and humanity’s ascending vehicle of Light will evolve, over time, from an eight-pointed star tetrahedron to a twelve and then a twenty-four pointed star tetrahedron, and it will eventually expand to an even greater size. To distinguish the ascending vehicle from the descending vehicle, it has been named the MER-KI-VAH for it contains the new Divine blueprint for the future. You must actively seek balance and harmony in your lives in order to tap into and draw forth the Adamantine Particles of Creator Light. Unconditional love is the activating force of Adamantine Particles.

SEED ATOMS: There is a physical seed atom located within the Sacred Heart, an emotional seed atom located in the solar plexus and a mental seed atom located in the Pineal Gland within the brain structure. Your lifeline/cord is firmly anchored within your God Ray Self and it constantly radiates life force energy to these seed atoms. As you expand your spiritual awareness and harmonize your frequency patterns, this flow of life-giving energy (Adamantine Particles) increases, thereby accelerating the process of ascension and assisting you to move through the ascension process with ease and grace. It will also expand and empower your MER-KI-VAH vehicle of Light.

All who have stepped onto the path of ascension are presently living on at least five levels, and many of you are accessing frequencies from the sub-levels of the six and seventh dimensions, and on rare occasions you are taken to the eighth and ninth dimensions while in your protective sphere of Light. Your memory is dependant on a steady, living, magnetic energy field, very much like a computer. As the Earth’s vibrational frequencies continue to accelerate, those of you who have an active spinning MER-KI-VAH vehicle will retain full memory. For those who do not, their memories will begin to fail and portions may even be erased. In extreme cases, it will be like having a total crash of the memory of their computers.

The 144 crystalline grid was anchored in strategic points/sacred sites on the Earth after the harmonic convergence, and it is now actively being anchored in various places through the endeavors of the many dedicated Light workers around the world. You are being offered a great gift and also a monumental task. You must actively seek to become the living pillars of Light through which the Creator Light flows, thereby anchoring the crystalline grid in specific areas, so that this uplifting, healing energy can flow throughout the crystalline grid system until it eventually encompasses the Earth. The sacred geometric pattern of the crystalline grid extends to the ninth dimension. It is the matrix for the ascension of the Earth and humanity. Using the infinity breath techniques regularly, and performing the binary sequencing exercise at least once connects you with and gives you the capability of gradually accessing the vibrational frequency patterns all the way up to and including the ninth dimension.

We of the angelic realms are here in great force to help you move through these times of evolution and great change with ease and grace; however, you must ask for our assistance, for we cannot infringe upon your free will. Much has been said about the "symptoms of transformation," and all of you are experiencing some of these symptoms to one degree or another. The faster the transition, the more aware you must be of the signals of pain and discomfort sent forth by your Body Elemental. It is telling you that something is amiss which needs to be addressed.

We encourage you to let go of the popular mass consciousness beliefs of what your body should look like and what you must do to be attractive and acceptable. Do not judge yourselves or others by the cloak of flesh that encases the soul. Focus on filling your Sacred Heart center with the wondrous Love/Light of the Creator, and as you permeate your physical vessel with this transforming Elixir and share the remainder with the world, the transformation you seek will begin within you and it will also radiate out to others as a precious gift. Remember, always ask for ease and grace.

We will address some of the questions many of you have asked, and we will endeavor to give you more concise information about some of the terms we have used in the past.

Question: "What role does food play in our level of consciousness?"

It is more important what comes out of your mouth than what you ingest, for a loving heart and a positive state of mind can turn the simplest foods into a healthy feast. There have been many theories, rules and guidelines given down through the ages as to what a proper or ‘holy’ diet should be. However, we say to you, do not accept the concepts of others as your gospel or absolute truth. Diet is a very individual thing, and each person should take into consideration their age, state of health, activity level and personal preferences. In all likelihood, as you progress in spiritual awareness and your vibratory patterns are fine-tuned, your diet will become refined also. For some, meat is an important part of their diet for various reasons, and this is acceptable. It is the negative, brutal ways of processing, and the artificial additives that contaminate the meat products you buy and make them harmful in various ways.

All things have life force within them in varying degrees. As you know, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds all contain life force energy. The vegetable kingdom and certain select animals, fish and fowl agreed to provide sustenance for the human kingdom for a certain span of time. It was necessary as humanity sank into the density of the third/fourth dimensions and was disconnected from the Prana or the Elixir of Life from the Supreme Creator which permeates the higher dimensions of existence. In your forthcoming evolutionary cycle that agreement will change, for as you evolve into more refined Spiritual/human Beings, you will gradually begin to draw more of your sustenance from that higher source. However, at the present time you are not ready for that transition, and so do not try to speed up the process, for your bodily vessels are not yet prepared.

It is important to chose moderation in all things, beloveds, and to walk the middle path. Listen to your Body Elemental and you will soon learn what is beneficial for your body and what is not. No one but you knows what is best for you, especially if you follow your inner guidance and the nudgings of your Higher Self. An overlay of love and gratitude adds beneficial qualities to everything you eat or do. It is time to accept the truth that dis-eases such as arthritis, back and joint pain and the break down of the various organs does not have to manifest with aging of the body. Humanity is caught up in the mass consciousness belief system of the third/fourth dimensions whereby the core issues from the past and the imperfections within your ancestral DNA will cause these symptoms to manifest if you allow yourself to feel unloved, unworthy, or feel guilt, shame or resentment in any form. All these negative energies are a result of deep core memories from your ancient past rising to the surface so you can release them once and for all. Every dear soul, in varying ways and degrees, has been ostracized, tortured and even killed in numerous lifetimes. However, it is time to heal those painful memories of the past and with our help it is possible to do so.

For many of you it is difficult to show weakness in any way, and you have often ignored the painful signals your body was sending to you as you pushed yourselves to the point of exhaustion. Begin to listen to your Body Elemental, and follow your inner guidance as to what you need to do to come into balance, both within and without. Go into your personal Pyramid of Light and lie on the crystal table. Ask that your mental/emotional and physical bodies be brought into alignment, for your highest good, as you state, "Thy will be done." We will join you there, and in aligning your will with the Creator Will, you give us permission to assist you in the process of transformation. See the Violet Fire of Transmutation blazing up around you, healing, balancing, strengthening and perfecting as you slowly return to a harmonious state of Being.

When you begin to love yourself and feel worthy, you will no longer feel the need to manifest those distressful physical symptoms. You are Spirit in human form, and you chose your physical body and your family heritage for a reason, in order to bring forth mis-directed thought forms and energies that needed to be changed and brought into balance. The thoughts you allow in your mind are as important as eating a good balanced diet, drinking plenty of pure water and exercising your physical body. Your health will improve when you learn to focus on positive thoughts instead of allowing negative thoughts to dominate your mind. You cannot stop thinking about something that is on your mind, but you can discipline yourself to monitor your thoughts and replace the worrisome thoughts with positive affirmations. In this way, you will gain control of the vibrational patterns you are projecting out into your auric field. Change your thoughts and you can change your world. Affirm to yourselves that you will live each day to the fullest and give thanks for all the small and large gifts and miracles that come your way. Occasionally, pause between the inbreath and the outbreath, which is the Still Point of Creation, a moment of perfect attunement to the All That Is. Be aware, that precious moment is all each of you can be assured, no matter your physical age. And know that when it is your time to transcend, it will be as if you walked through a door into the most wondrous place you could ever imagine, and we will be there to welcome you home.

Question: "Please explain the meaning of our Body Elemental?"

Your Body Elemental is a facet of your Etheric Body. When you came to Earth in your crystalline form, the attributes and qualities of God consciousness you were to incorporate were placed within your physical chakra system, which is like seven different mind centers. Within your DNA and deep within the consciousness of your Body Elemental was the design for your physical body which gradually developed over a very long period of time. Your Body Elemental is what could be called your 'central control center,' which is a part of your Etheric Body makeup. The Etheric Body refers to the invisible counterpart of the physical vessel. It holds the Divine blueprint for your three lower bodies: physical, mental and emotional. It sustains and revitalizes the physical form and controls your autonomic nervous system which is responsible for the control and regulation of your involuntary bodily functions, including those of the heart, other organs, blood vessels, respiratory system, etc. The consciousness of your Etheric and Elemental Bodies repairs the damages within the physical body; however, your thoughts have a dramatic impact on how your Elemental/Etheric Bodies respond. The Etheric Body was to maintain a higher-frequency pattern than the earthly body; however, over time it became susceptible to the imbalanced, negative thought forms of the mental and emotional bodies. The imperfections affected the multiple layers of your Etheric Body first, and then gradually penetrated your physical form which manifested as illness, disease or dis-abilities. The same thing is now true: your Etheric Body is gradually being healed and returned to a harmonious state, and the higher, balanced frequencies that you are incorporating will eventually radiate into your physical body, healing and transforming it into vibrant health once more. Your Etheric Body or Etheric Double, as it is sometimes called, stays with you until you transcend and vacate your physical form, and then it gradually disintegrates and returns to the great Devic /Elemental Kingdom from whence it came.

Question: "Explain what you mean by sub-conscious * conscious * super-conscious minds."

Your sub-conscious mind is a thought processor that takes literally all the ideas and images you allow to filter through your mind, especially those you accept as your truth, or that further validate the intrinsic negative beliefs you chose to bring forth into your present incarnation to rectify. All your mundane acts, your habits and memory are controlled by your sub-conscious mind. Affirmations, visualization and changing your language are the fastest ways to de-program and re-program your sub-conscious mind. The sub-conscious mind receives direction via repetition, rhythm and emotions. The sub-conscious mind plays back or sends out impulses that it receives like a computer. It is subjective and makes no judgments.

Your conscious mind is constantly being affected by your sub-conscious mind, and it is a composite of all your past experiences in your present lifetime, as well as a portion of the collective consciousness of humanity that you agreed to bring forth to rectify. Every soul came forth into this lifetime pure and innocent. However, all of you also brought forth within your sub-conscious mind and DNA a certain amount of ‘imbalanced vibrational patterns’ which were created by yourselves during your many past lifetimes, while others were created through your chosen ancestral lineage. This has been called ‘original sin’ in past teachings. You now know it as karma, and that it was your choice to experience the lessons involved in rectifying and healing those imbalances. Your conscious mind contains those things that you have accepted as valid and true, whether positive or negative. Your conscious mind stores the knowledge and experience you have gained and is partially, to one extent or another, influenced and controlled by the impulses, beliefs, addictions and the collective consciousness of humanity via your sub-conscious mind. Those stuck in the illusion of the third/fourth density have rigid beliefs which are resistant to change. As you evolve along the path of en-Lighten-ment, you gradually connect with your Higher Self and the expanded consciousness of your Soul Self which contains the wisdom of what has been termed your Super Conscious mind, or the harmonious collective consciousness of the higher realms.

As you begin to balance and harmonize the physical chakra system, and your Soul and Higher Self merge within your Sacred Heart Center, the process of tapping into your Super Conscious mind begins. That is when you begin the process of accessing the higher truths of galactic and cosmic consciousness. Your sub-conscious mind is in the process of being reprogrammed as you clear all old out-moded, negative and restrictive concepts, so that you will have ready access to any self-limiting thoughts and can quickly modify them. Your conscious mind is in the process of reunifying the right and left hemispheres of the brain so that you may use equally the linear, concrete, analytical outward focused abilities of the left brain, along with the creative, intuitive, abstract abilities of the right hemisphere of your brain structure.

When this process reaches a certain level of reunification, you gain access to what we call the Light Packets of wisdom stored within the higher frequency levels of your brain structure. As we have explained in past messages, there are membranes of Light which are now being dissolved so that you may gain entrance into your Sacred Mind. There is a pathway from your Sacred Mind to your Sacred Heart and when this reunification takes place, you are well on your way to self-mastery and a whole new world of possibilities will open before you. Your Sacred Mind will overLight your emotional nature, and your Sacred Heart will overLight your mental nature as you return to the unified consciousness of self-mastery.

The coming years can be the most exciting, fulfilling years of your life if you will just begin to tap into your Sacred Mind via your Sacred Heart. You have brought forth wonderful gifts and attributes; however, you must consciously begin to access and bring these gifts into your awareness. Allow yourself to envision the perfect world you would like to create, and then follow your soul's nudgings and take the action necessary to manifest your dreams.

You can be a shining example to those around you by projecting love and harmony. See yourself surrounded in the transmuting Violet Blue Flame of transmutation and project this out into the world of substance. You are in the midst of the initiation process necessary to become a master of cocreation on Earth. As you move through each lesson and see the value of its teachings, know that you will never have to experience that situation again. See each adversity as a seed of opportunity. YOUR PERSONAL WHEEL OF CREATION

Beloved masters, envision, however you perceive, a vast, vertical column of Love/Life/Light pouring forth from the heart/mind core of the Supreme Creator, thus providing a central axis for all creation. This column of Living Light is the power source or the Lifeline for all creation. Now envision great spokes of Light radiating forth horizontally from the central axle at many different levels via the Divine Blueprint carried out by the Elohim, the Builders of Form, and the many divisions of the angelic kingdom. Thus the Omniverse were created. Each wheel of creation would become a universe composed of a great variety of star systems, galaxies and worlds without end. The spokes extending from the great central column of Light are the pathways of manifestation and are the prime source from which the ‘fuel of life’ is supplied. Since our universe is one of the most recent to be manifested, its placement is at the bottom rung of the ladder, and is composed of galaxies, star systems, solar systems, planets, as well as the mineral, vegetable, animal kingdoms, and YOU, beloveds. We have explained before, and we hope you have taken this truth as your own: we are not existing in a ‘fallen universe,’ but a universe of half-spectrum Light, instead of full spectrum Light which in this universe is called Metatronic Light. Your God Self bears the full spectrum of this Divine Light and you will draw forth as much as you can incorporate as you traverse the Path of Light.

We are endeavoring to give you another ‘mind picture’ of creation and how the creative process works so that you can better understand the very complex process of how the Omniverse was created and how it is maintained through the Living Light or Adamantine Particles containing the Essence of the Supreme Creator. With this picture in mind, hopefully, it gives you a better idea of the concept that ‘everything is happening in the NOW moment.’ We often suggest that you rise above a stressful situation in order to gain a better viewpoint, which leads to insight and, often, to a solution. Envision our Father/Mother God looking down upon the wheel of creation that composes this universe: they see the central column, all of the spokes and the wheel that comprise the outermost rim of this manifested universe. They can view everything that has been created, as well as observe what is taking place at any moment in time, the NOW moment. You can also get the ‘big picture’ of what is happening in your world, but in a vastly diminished way. The gigantic wheel of life is ever changing and turning so that it seems you are moving from the past into the future. Older creations are being modified, having gone through the devolving process, and are now evolving in order to experience the many wondrous facets of creation, while new creations are in the process of being manifested in the worlds of form. Our universe is spiraling upwards on the wheel of creation so that we are gaining access to more and more Creator Light (the higher, more refined frequencies of creation). Therefore, your journey into the future is taking you on a spiral path within the confines of your earthly experience. The Earth is spiraling into a new position in the solar system, the galaxy is spiraling into a higher position within the universe, and our universe is spiraling into a new position within the Omniverse.

Humanity has been trapped in a horizontal, physical reality for many thousands of years. It is now time to cast your vision upwards toward the stars, and inward so that your inner vision can begin to expand in order to incorporate the vastness of creation, and also the vastness of yourself. It is a time of self-awareness, and also of cosmic awareness as you expand your reality beyond the confines of your manifested third/fourth-dimensional world. You must begin to view life with a child-like innocence, or with neutral perception, in order to acclimate and function efficiently within your swiftly changing world/reality. You must refresh your mind by releasing old, outmoded concepts, and when you learn to function within the Still Point of the moment, you must consciously focus on what you are doing with an open mind. When you are functioning with a closed mind of preconceived ideas, you will do everything the same way as you have in the past, with the same ineffectual results. The NOW moment is the birthplace of new ideas and expanded consciousness.

We have instructed you as to how you are to build and use your Pyramid of Light/Power in the fifth dimension, and how to become an Alpha Master, which is another term for self-mastery. We have given you the formula for using the universal laws of manifestation and, if you have followed our teachings, you will have scripted in great detail the things that you wish to manifest in your life, and you have placed them on the crystal table in your Pyramid in the fifth dimension, asking for your greatest good and the highest good for all. We have stressed that it is not just material things you are seeking, but a quality of life or a ‘State of Being.’

We have informed you of the importance of the Breath of Infinity, and have given you detailed instructions on how to breath in this sacred way. Last year (see LM-4-2007), we gave you the Flower of Life pattern of the Infinity Breath sequence. We would now ask you to envision this horizontal pattern you have created with your sacred breath as your personal wheel of creation. You are the central hub and the power source of your microcosmic creation. You draw forth the Life/Light of creation via your personal column of Light, which will always be the appropriate frequency patterns for your present state of evolvement. Once you have set up your personal energetic wheel, the energy you draw forth unto you will automatically radiate out into the satellite spheres you have created in your Wheel of Life. Within those spheres will be the virtues, qualities and attributes of God consciousness you are seeking to incorporate, which will result in perfecting and magnifying your abilities to create anything you desire, as long as it is for the greatest good of all. Remember, the Adamantine Particles that you draw forth to you must be ignited with your unconditional love, for the greatest good.

If you will refer to the illustration we gave you in Scripting Your Destiny of how the Supreme Creator sent forth the masculine and feminine aspects of Self and began the process of creation, you will see that we are asking you to create the same Divine schematic around yourself. Within each sphere of consciousness you will place the attributes, virtues and qualities you wish to integrate:

WISDOM * INTUITION * CREATIVITY * INSPIRATION * JOY * ABUNDANCE * HUMILITY * GOOD HEALTH/VITALITY * COMPASSION * PEACE * BALANCE AND HARMONY IN ALL THINGS * SELF-MASTERY.

Each of you came into this lifetime to balance your masculine and feminine natures, using the Divine will, power and authority of the Father Creator, but also to integrate the love/wisdom, compassion, nurturing, creative aspects of the Mother Creator. You incarnated to experience the earthly plane of existence in order to learn how to function fully within a physical vessel while allowing the Love/Light of Spirit to infuse, inspire and take sovereignty over your mental and emotional bodies once more. You came to balance knowledge and communication, to learn and integrate your own highest truths, and to live those truths as an example for others. You came to learn that each person has their own individual path to follow and their own lessons to learn, and that you are to take full responsibility for your own spiritual growth and allow others to do the same. But most importantly, you came to experience and express love, unconditional love, by first loving yourself as a precious, Divine Spark of the Supreme Creator so that you can begin to radiate that love out into the world. And, in loving yourself, you gain a sense of self-worth and sovereignty of Being, thereby, learning that you cannot own another person, for they too are a sovereign Being. You came to be a living, physical extension of the Supreme Creator, to manifest heaven on Earth, and to be a living tribute in honor of your God Parents.

In our last monthly message to you, we asked you to call upon the loving Goddesses of the Devic and Elemental Kingdoms. We were asked, "Can you please tell us what "Devic" means?" We are always pleased to help you attain a better understanding of our teachings and the workings of the universe.

DEVIC is a Sanscrit word meaning ‘Shining Ones.’ It is the name of a special division of angels. The Devic Kingdom is under the direction of the Elohim, the great Lords of Light called the Builders of Form. The Devic angels instill and maintain the life force Essence of all creation that is not ‘ensouled’ or that does not have consciousness of Self as an individualized expression of the Supreme Creator, such as the oceans, lakes, streams and mountains. The Devic angels direct the natural forces or nature forces of fire, air, water, earth and the ethers. The elemental forces or what is called Elementals are under the direction of the great Devic angels which could be termed as the Archangels of the Devic Kingdom. The Elementals supply the life force energy for the trees, flowers, vegetables, and rocks. Everything in Creation is either ensouled, or has a Devic angel or an Elemental assigned to it. The Rays of the sun radiate the life force energy through these wondrous Beings. All objects have a portion of life force energy, no matter how small, or they could not exist. In the beginning, the forces of nature worked in harmony with humanity, and the Earth and humanity did not experience the cataclysms that are now so prevalent due to the imbalanced forces of nature. As you balance and harmonize your individual force fields, you will learn to work with the many divisions of the Creator’s helpers who will willingly assist you in your return to harmonious living. They are already actively assisting in the healing and ascension of the Earth.

The forces of nature were not meant to be harmful and destructive; however, they are influenced by the negativity of humanity and, therefore, once you move more fully into the harmonious frequencies of the fourth/fifth dimensions, the erratic, destructive weather patterns and cataclysms of various kinds will cease. If you will consciously acknowledge the Devic forces around you, you will be amazed at how beautiful and healthy your trees, flower and vegetable gardens will become. If you will, once again, learn to commune with the forces of nature, you can be a catalyst in returning the Earth to its pristine beauty. Your automobile, computer and all appliances have precious Elementals assigned to them. Ask their names and solicit their cooperation, and you will be surprised at how much more efficiently they will operate. Everything in creation responds to love. Another question that was asked that we feel is important for your understanding:

Is Mohammed a great saint or an ascended master?

Mohammad was/is an avatar (or an enlightened Being), a Divine Spark of the Creator, called a Lord of Light, just as Yeshua (Jesus), Buddha, Rama, Lao-Tzu, Confucius, Abraham and Moses were, and as are all the other great Wayshowers of the past, masculine and feminine, who came to bring the wisdom of the Creator to various races and cultures. They came bearing more of their God Essence than the masses carry within their incarnated Soul-Self. The amount of God Essence each soul embodies depends on their God Self or I AM Presence, and the mission they have accepted before incarnating on Earth during a particular era. They came to Earth with a message from our Father/Mother God that was appropriate for the times, and they leave their loving aura/Essence in the higher planes of consciousness so that they are always available to humanity. Much of the teachings of the Great Beings of Light have been distorted, for the primary message they all conveyed was that we all are Divine Facets of the Supreme Creator, under the direction of our Father/Mother God of this universe. Their message was/is love of Self and love of all creation; that you all are here on Earth as extensions / representatives of our Father/Mother God as cocreators in the realm of physicality. These great Beings have reconnected with their Divine Selves or the many facets of their Being in the higher realms of consciousness, and are available to assist and overLight anyone who asks. It is so interesting that humanity is always in conflict as to what is the true way of 'godliness,' when all of these beautiful Light Beings come from the same source (just as we all do), and their messages are ultimately the same.

Remember, brave hearts, love is a natural State of Being. Love is a natural, inborn condition. When Love is the radiating force in your life, fear disappears. Fear is created by the absence of love. Fear is only an imbalanced-frequency state of mind. When you turn inward and tap into the well-spring of love within your Sacred Heart core, it first fills your inner Being and then radiates out into the world. You begin to see through eyes filtered with love, and it changes how you view the people in your life and everything that happens. An overlay of loving energy creates miracles. We honor you for your bravery and steadfastness and we joyously tell you, the best is yet to come. Each of you is an integral facet of Divine creation and you are loved and treasured beyond measure. Randy did a super job as moderator, and I want to express my gratitude to him for ‘jumping off the cliff’ in a big way. He set up the web page and has handled all the logistical and preparatory work. All I had to do was give him AA Michael’s and my approval along the way and show up for the telecast. ‘Big Mike’ was in great form and many people tell me they could feel his powerful, loving energy as he shared his wisdom teachings with us.

Beloved masters, as the veil between your world and ours gradually dissolves, we have endeavored to give you the tools and the knowledge you will need to function and be comfortable in an expanded reality and an evolved state of Being. It is important that you understand that we have the capability of monitoring the major thought forms or the most prevalent beliefs of the masses on the earthly plane of existence, and through our highly developed senses we can observe the ebb and flow of the Light and shadows in various places around the world. We can see the areas where the ascension columns of Light are firmly in place, where the blessed Adamantine Particles of Love/Light are radiating deep into the labyrinths that encircle the Earth, and are gradually filtering into the Sacred Heart core of your blessed planet. This Divine elixir then radiates outward from its center point, affecting everything it touches. This Source Light has the capability of penetrating the densest forms and the deepest shadows. That is why there is a Divine discontent building within the hearts and minds of all human Beings, a stirring of Spirit, you might say. There is a sense of frustration, for the things in life that were so satisfying and seemed so important no longer bring happiness, contentment, or a feeling of well-being.

We also see your radiance or lack thereof, beloveds, for you cannot hide who you truly are from us. We are aware of the "Light patterns" that you emit, and also the resonance of your energetic signature, whether harmonious or discordant. You are not only seeking to return to balance and harmony within, but it is your Higher Self’s greatest desire that you reclaim and perfect the beautiful Soul Song that is uniquely yours. The spectrum of Light and of sound in our realm of existence is far beyond your senses and even beyond your imagination, for in your reality you can only experience a minuscule portion of the celestial sounds, the radiant Light, and the power and majesty of our environment.

Each person’s Soul-Self is endeavoring to assume its proper role as the director of his/her life’s experiences. There is a tug-of-war going on between the Soul-Self and the ego desire-body, for the ego does not want to relinquish its control of the three lower bodily systems: physical, emotional and mental. The Soul is immortal and could be called the personality of your God-Self, and it remembers who you truly are and ALL you have experienced throughout your many sojourns as a conscious God Spark. The ego desire-body is an integral part of your physical personality, and your physical, mental and emotional bodies have been encoded with the attributes, the weaknesses, strengths, challenges and opportunities you chose to experience in this important lifetime.

The ancient teachings stated that ‘you must kill the ego desire-body’. However, that is not what will assist you in creating your greatest good. You were gifted with an ego desire-body and free will as a cocreator on the earthly plane. However, the ego was to be the servant of the Soul and not the other way around. And so, as with other imbalanced creations, addictions or negative traits you are working to bring back into balance and harmony, the secret is to ‘love them free,’ and not try to break the hold they have on you through resistance.

We have spoken of the ‘structures’ of the physical plane, and how the structured beliefs you have created imprison you just as much as any physical structure can and does restrict you. You physical body can be a vessel of delight, joy and freedom, or it can be a prison of pain and limitation. Your relationships, job, family or spiritual beliefs can be beautiful, rewarding and bring a sense of self-worth, satisfaction and accomplishment, or they can be a heavy burden and make you feel unappreciated, worthless and dis-empowered.

You must focus on what is right in your life and the world, and begin to see yourself as you desire to become. We have emphasized that you must practice non-judgment and that includes judgment of Self. Remember, you now have access to all of the Creator Particles of Light/Life that you can draw forth into your Sacred Heart, and always be aware that these Adamantine Particles of Creation can only be activated by your pure loving intention.

We spoke long ago about the ‘virtue of selfishness’ and this shocked many of you, for it was in direct opposition to what you had been taught in past ages. We ask you to consider, how can you become or give what you have not claimed for yourself? It behooves you to become a radiant shining example for others, and to share your Love/Light and wisdom with the Earth, humanity and all Creation. When you are functioning within a harmonious mid- or upper-fourth-dimensional environment, and are tapping into the power/gifts/awareness of the fifth dimension via your crystalline Pyramid of Light, you are then given access to the Cities of Light which are stationed strategically in the higher dimensions around the Earth. In doing so, you begin the flow of Adamantine Particles, the elixir of love/life, into your personal fifth-dimensional pyramid and the etheric replica or fragment of yourself that you left there. From that point on, you have a supply of Creator Light flowing through your vertical River of Life Line into your physical vessel, via the crown chakra, to be stored within your Sacred Heart. Once you connect with this Divine Source of Power/Life/Light your earthly reality will never be the same. You are to take what you need, for the supply is unlimited. See these sparkling particles flowing throughout your body in a stream of glowing Light, balancing, transforming and empowering. Through the techniques we have given you, especially the Infinity Breath, you will automatically send forth the blessed gift of Creator Light out into the world. After you state your intention and have your ritual as a Bearer/conveyer of Light firmly in your mind, you no longer have to focus on sending forth these transforming particles; the Divine schematic is in place and will automatically follow the paths you have chosen. You can allot a percentage of your Adamantine Particles to the World Pyramid for the upliftment of humanity and the Earth, and you can also dedicated a portion to the group pyramids in which you are an active member. You can also create family group pyramids and don’t forget to infuse your work pyramid and your projects with a portion of Creator Light. Also, see a portion of your Love/Light connecting to your Soul group pyramids in the fifth, sixth and seventh dimensions, and as your radiance strengthens and grows, you will connect with higher and higher levels of existence where the great multitude of your Soul-Self family are waiting to greet you.

When you are filled to overflowing with Love/Light and Spirit is the director of your life and experiences, you no longer worry about getting your share of love, wealth, respect, etc, for the validation of who and what you are comes from within, and that is when you move into the unselfish mode of a master. You know you have access to the riches, virtues and talents of your Divine birthright, and you are not dependent on anyone or anything in the physical world.

When you call upon your Higher Self each day before you arise, and ask that your will be aligned with the Will of your Divine Self for your greatest good each day, and also that a shaft of golden/white Light surround you each and every moment as you go out into the third/fourth-dimensional world, you are giving your Soul-Self permission to guide, inspire and direct you. You will be strengthening the connection between your Higher-Self and the Beings of Light so that they may begin to communicate with you through your intuition, and will assist you in making the perfect choices each and every moment of the day. It will also speed up the process if you state, "I now place my ego-self under the control of my Higher-Self, and through our unified efforts, henceforth, we will create only beauty, harmony and balance within and around us."

This will allow your Higher-Self to begin to direct your life toward your highest destiny, and will speed up the transition process via the integration of your physical/mental/emotional bodies with your Spiritual-Self. All of you are being asked to make some important, major decisions and to choose the path of your destiny. These next few years of Earth time are the most critical in the history of humanity, for each of you will have to choose the path of Spirit or the path of illusion in the third/fourth-dimensional world, whereby, you will incarnate on another planet or Star System to continue your lessons in the lower-dimensional expression. The etheric body of the Earth has moved into the higher levels of existence and all of you are being encouraged to advance with it.

Brave hearts, these transformational years can be the most exciting, fulfilling years of your lives if you will just begin to tap into your Sacred Mind via your Sacred Heart. You have brought forth wonderful talents and abilities; however, you must consciously begin to access and bring these gifts into your awareness so that you can perfect them and then share with others. Allow yourself to envision the perfect world you would like to create, and then follow Spirit’s nudgings and take the action necessary as you manifest your dreams. You must use the gifts you have been blessed with so that more may be bestowed upon you.

Many of you have posed the question "How can you of the angelic realms and the many Beings of Light focus on thousands of us at one time?" We know from your limited vantage point it seems impossible; however, in the more refined realms of existence it is an intrinsic part of our nature and abilities. First of all, in order for you to understand, we must delve more deeply into the structure of this universe, and how your descent into the material worlds of form were accomplished and, also, how the path of your return was preordained and assured.

You are aware that you are a fragment or a Spark of a great and shining Being who resides in the highest realms of this universe. The quantum theory that the WHOLE is the sum of its parts, and the fractal or hologram principle, that the WHOLE is represented in its parts, are fundamental truths within the Divine Blueprint for the structure of this universe. Within each sub-dimensional level throughout the universe there are pyramids of Light. Some are great pyramids that serve multiple purposes; however, you also have smaller, personal pyramids that were created specifically for you scattered throughout the universe When it was time for you to ‘fragment’ yourself again, or make another separation into a masculine/feminine Spark of Essence, you left an etheric replica of yourself within one of these pyramids. You begin the process of reunification once you have the ability to tap into your fifth-dimensional pyramid of Light, and that is also when you are ready to begin the reunion process with the multiple facets of yourself and your Soul family. You must understand that you have many twin flame fragments scattered throughout the universe, and you can only reunite with those Sparks which are compatible with your current energetic signature or vibrational patterns. There are only a few advanced Souls who have connected with their twin flames from the seventh dimension and higher; however, any and all Soul reunions/bondings are a great gift and a cause for celebration. There are also streams of Life/Light throughout the universe, some very large and some minuscule. A stream of Light/Life connects you to your God Self, and also connects you with each and every fragment of your Soul family. There is also a Light line that connects you to your guardian angel and your spiritual guides and they have always assisted you within the limits of universal law. Once you begin to ‘awaken’ and actively seek to strengthen the connection and ask for guidance and direction, that Light line grows in brilliance and strength. We, of the archangelic realm, radiate streams of refracted Creator Light throughout the universe. These streams radiate the qualities, attributes and virtues that we embody as representatives of our Mother/Father God and are available to all humanity. When you focus your consciousness on any one of us, you automatically connect with one of our millions of Light streams and we are instantaneously aware of you. It is like tuning into a radio station, or plugging into an electric socket. The strength of the Light stream and the connection depends upon the frequencies you are emitting, or the harmony and strength of your Soul Song. Over time, if it is a Soul’s desire, we begin to radiate more and more of our Light (attributes and virtues) into his/her auric field, and when a certain harmonious balance has been achieved, we enfold that soul within our auric field. This creates a harmonious union whereby we are in constant communion in Spirit, and all the person has to do is shift her/his consciousness and we are attuned. That is the state that our beloved messengers enjoy; however, make no mistake, it requires much dedication, and a burning desire to become balanced in nature, harmonious in Spirit and pure of heart.

Beloveds, do you now understand why it is so important to build and regularly go into your Pyramid of Light in the fifth dimension, and what a wonderful gift has been made available to you via the Cities of Light? It was never intended that you journey alone. We are waiting to reunite with you and to offer you assistance during these accelerated times of change. We have often asked you to call on us, for we are only a thought away. We now ask you to envision a stream of Light, a life line flowing forth from your heart center and connecting with us.
