Beloved Friends.

Summer has been hot here in our southern part of Africa and I already long for fresher days...give me cool weather anytime over these hot temperatures....my body much like an heater seems to generate heat continually... and I already miss my scarves and wrapping blankets...

Have been really busy with healing over the past four months and one particular cancer patient Cornelia, came all the way from Switzerland for an eighteen day intensive healing period with me...We had five sessions together and her husband Michael filmed a lot over this period, so I will soon try to post a little video of us both, gently travelling in another dimension...She left yesterday and I miss her already but as I am invited to visit her in Europe, I also know it is only a matter of time till we meet again...

Otherwise it seems I may be back to doing more radio work again this year as I have received an invitation from one of South Africa’s most inspiring young heroes to do something together...so we shall see if Channel Africa or any other station will give us a platform...all in divine time as per the divine plan and I know, for having taught him French and interviewed him a few times before, that we would work exceptionally well together. After a ten month pause from radio I feel strong again to tackle another mission, so we shall see how it all unfolds.

MEDITATION - FEBRUARY 2013

FOCUS: THE DIVINE PRESENCE – THE “I AM”  TEACHINGS SIMPLIFIED

Beloved friends,

For this month I was guided to share and encouraged to re-type for you these basic daily meditations, prayers and mantras, associated with the seven major cosmic rays, upon which the brotherhood of Ascended Beings and Masters focus their love and adoration of God in all Life as well as towards this, our sphere of existence.

Those Great Cosmic Souls, who dedicate themselves in service to us,  brothers and sisters in Light, encourage us to dedicate a few minutes a day to a particular colour, which can be worn, or carried, in any form that best suits us (cloth, paper, crystal) as a tangible reminder throughout the day of each ray and of our union with the Divine in us and in all Life everywhere.

Each day is thus associated with a particular ray and its specific colour and vibration as well as its unique gifts, attributes, qualities and inherent powers.

The Great Cosmic Beings and Great Ascended Master Souls know how hard it often is in our dimension - to keep our attention focused on anything other than material needs, problems and distractions - and so they teach us this simple and easy way to keep us connected to them as well as to the DIVINE PRESENCE (the I AM)  in ourselves and in all others.

I personally find this practice very comforting and easy to keep up with, at least as I change my crystals or pendants daily to reflect this connection to the higher spiritual realms and spheres of existence.

I trust that you too will enjoy practicing this, in the knowledge that we should continuously keep up our inner work in order to improve ourselves and all life everywhere and thus spread the Love-Light of God wherever we go… such is indeed the reason why we volunteered to come to this dimension as potential Light Workers.

SUNDAY – FIRST RAY

BLUE AND CRYSTAL FLAMES OF STRENGTH, POWER, PROTECTION, WILL OF GOD

Beloved Presence of God “I AM” within my heart, I love and adore you!

I summon you forth to blaze the Crystal and Blue Flames through me and see that God’s Will is made manifest in all I do this day. I now realise that within my own heart is God’s Divine Plan for me and also the way and means of bringing it into outer manifestation.

I now enter SILENCE and listen and I know the perfect thing to do. As I hold my attention upon the divine plan, I bring it into form.

MONDAY – SECOND RAY

GOLDEN FLAME OF WISDOM, PERCEPTION, DISCRIMINATION AND ILLUMINATION

My Beloved I AM Presence, I love and I adore you!

I summon forth the Golden Flame of Wisdom, Perception, Illumination and Discrimination to enfold me this day.

I AM GOD’S WISDOM, PERCEPTION, ILLUMINATION and DISCRIMINATION, directing me in all I do.

TUESDAY – THIRD RAY

PINK FLAME OF GOD’S PURE DIVINE LOVE, TOLERANCE, HARMONY AND ADORATION

BELOVED MIGHTY VICTORIOUS I AM PRESENCE, I love and I adore you!

Oh great and mighty flame within my own heart, I send forth my continuous love and adoration to you and the great God of the Universe and His messengers.

I send my love to all Life everywhere. I bless all Life I contact this day in thought, feeling, word or act. I do not criticize, condemn, nor judge this day!

WEDNESDAY – FOURTH RAY

WHITE FLAME OF PURITY, RESURRECTION AND ASCENSION

Dearly beloved Presence of God I AM, I love and I adore you!

You know the reason for my being. Through the energies of my world this day, LET ME FULFIL IT! See that I do not miss one opportunity. Help me not to make mistakes and let me avoid, above all things, the sins of omission!

May all who touch the “hem of my garment” feel your love, your peace and your perfection, for “I AM “THE PRESENCE OF BLESSING, AND I BLESS EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING I CONTACT THIS DAY.

SATURDAY – SEVENTH RAY

INVOCATION, VIOLET FIRE OF MERCY AND COMPASSION, TRANSMUTATION AND FREEDOM

BELOVED VICTORIOUS I AM PRESENCE, today I AM RENEWED! TODAY I AM ALIVE with that pure majestic life given to me of the Father.

For yesterdays’ life misused I CALL ON THE LAW OF FORGIVENESS and ask for and accept the most powerful activity of the Transmuting Violet Fire.

Today I MAY BECOME; today I SHALL become that which God intends – my HOLY CHRIST SELF in action, for I AM THE CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS now made manifest and eternally sustained.

Keep me sealed in a Pillar of Violet Fire, until I am wholly ascended and free!!

And now let us be in silent meditation.

NAMASTE Beloved Friends!

It has been a while since I last made time to connect here even though I remain instantly connectable on my cell phone, via SMS, e-mail …and more recently, also via Twitter which is just short and to the point.

The reason for my silence is simply and always the same: Lots and lots of Healing.

The last weeks of a year and the first few of another is always a period when many patients are sent to me not just locally but also from all over the world, so I have truly been busy doing what I am here to do – giving healing to those who seek and need it. And like them – often moved to years of gratitude witnessing the miracles of God’s Love weaving Grace through my little hands and smaller being…such is my blessed and very blissed life…

It is always exciting to start a new calendar year even though I personally do not give too much relevance to the linear passing of time, seasonal wishes and the lot that goes with it…

Christmas for example, and what it stands for, for me is an every day of every year way of Life, and when we try to live consciously in the present moment, every instant of every new day is a new beginning anyway….

Here is my best wish for this New Year of 2013: may it be filled with Love for God – the only true place from where all other Blessings flow.

What follows is my first meditation focus shared with my group here in Johannesburg for 2013, where I finally transcribed the best I took (in my personal understanding) from the teachings of Ramakrishna.

Do bear in mind that the words and quotes which I have selected, were often taught in some sort of context and therefore may not have the same impact for you as they did for me.  While I was immersed in reading the extraordinary experiences of Ramakrishna’s daily life of devotion and his almost permanent ecstatic state of God Realization (and God intoxication as He himself often described His Love for God), I am sure I missed a lot… but here is the essence that touched my soul to its sacred core.

For a more complete and personal understanding I recommend you read “The Gospel of Ramakrishna” a one thousand plus page registry of his life and teachings over the last four years of his life on Earth.

And so it is that with much love as always I set out to type and share his words below and hope that they help you to set the tone for this time when we need to learn what truly counts in our spiritual journey …just enjoy and share if you so feel inspired. The violet parts I highlighted as a way of stressing what I found most touching …

* Never think that you alone have true understanding and that others are fools. One must love all – no one is a stranger. It is Hari (God) alone who dwells in all beings, nothing exists without Him.

* He on whom faith descends is very fortunate. He needs nothing else.

Faith in God is a Precious Treasure.

* The six passions are: lust, anger, avarice, delusion, pride and envy

(as in:  what must be conquered as they impede spiritual development)

* God alone is real, and all else is unreal. God alone is substance, all else is nonentity. That is discrimination.

* The devotee, once immersed in God’s Bliss does not care anymore about the outer things…Once a man asked Hanuman which day of the fortnight it was – Brother said Hanuman - I do not know anything of the day of the week or the fortnight or the position of the stars. I think of Rama (God) alone

* Only if a man gets a command from God after realizing Him he is entitled to teach.

* One does not succeed so long as one has these three: shame, hatred and fear.

* In the Vedas, creation is likened to the spider and its web. The spider brings the web out of itself and then remains in it. God is the container of the universe and also what is contained in it.

* Sense pleasures appear more and more tasteless as love for God grows.

* Worldly people are like silk worms – the worms can cut through their cocoons if they want, but having woven the cocoons themselves, they are too much attached to them to leave them and so they die…

* Kabir used to say: God with form is my Mother and the formless God is my Father. (Kabir was one of India’s greatest and holy poets)

* Through Faith alone, one attains everything. Bony people, the hollow eyed, the cross eyed, people with physical traits like this cannot easily acquire faith.

* God alone is the Doer – everything happens by His will.

* Worthless people don’t have any faith. They always doubt…but doubts do not disappear completely till one realizes the Self.

* Some people are like gourds and pumpkins - they first give the fruit and then they flower. When the fruit appears, the blossom drops off. Love of God is the fruit, rituals are the blossom…

* There is only One. The Vedas speak of It as: Om Satchidananda Brahma; The Puranas speak of It as : Om Satchidananda Krishna; and the Tantra speak of It as: Om Satchidananda Shiva

* Discrimination is the reasoning by which one knows that God alone is real and all else is unreal. Real means eternal and unreal means impermanent. With the awakening of this spirit of discrimination a man wants to know God.

* A man sees a thing in one way through reasoning and in an altogether different way when God Himself shows it to him.

* When a man merges his Buddhi-Intelligence in Bohda-Consciousness, then he attains the knowledge of Brahman, he becomes Buddha-Enlightened.

* One should keep pictures of holy men in one’s room that constantly bring divine ideas.

* This world is the “lila” (play) of God. It is like a game. In this game there are joy and sorrow, virtue and vice, knowledge and ignorance, good and evil. The game cannot continue if sin and suffering are altogether eliminated from the creation.

* Don’t find fault with anyone, not even with an insect; as you pray to God for devotion also pray that you may not find fault with anyone.

* A true lover does not seek anything from God - he prays only for pure love- he does not want any powers or miracles.

* One cannot realize God without sincerity and simplicity. God is far, far away from a crooked heart.

* One cannot realize God without the faith that knows no guile, the simple faith of a child.

* A man is ignorant so long as he feels that God is far away. He has knowledge when he knows that God is here and everywhere.

* When a man has true knowledge he feels that everything is filled with consciousness.

* It is enough to know that everything depends on the Grace of God. But one must pray to God; it will not do to remain inactive. The lawyer gives all the arguments and finishes his pleading by saying to the Judge: “I have said all I have to say, now the decision rests with your Honour…

* Do you know the significance of the Siva emblem? (referring to the Shiva Lingham) It is the worship of the symbols of fatherhood and motherhood. The devotee worshipping the image prays: “Oh Lord, please grant that I may not be born into this world again, that I may not have to pass again through a mother’s womb…”

* In the Kaliyuga one does not hear the voice of God it is said, except through the mouth of a child, or a madman, or some such person.

* All troubles come to an end when the ego dies.

* Unless man is simple he cannot recognise God, the Simple One.

* You cannot have real love of God unless you know that God alone is real and all else is illusory, You cannot have real love of God unless you know that the world Is impermanent, only of two days existence, while its Creator alone is real and eternal.

Tears of repentance or sorrow flow from the corners of the eyes nearest the nose, and those of joy from the outer corners of the eyes.

To see God everywhere is the highest form of worship, second best is meditation, third is prayer and japam (bead counting) and last is external worship.

Ramakrishna – like a child - often prayed and sang to God in the form of the Divine Mother aspect and recited mantras of which the most sacred were:

Hari Om Tat Sat – meaning: Verily the Lord is the only Reality

Brahma-Sakti Sakti-Brahma

Veda Purana Tantra Gita Gayatri

I have taken refuge at Thy feet, O Divine Mother

FOCUS OF MEDITATION MAY 2012 : Let us long for God together

Beloved Friends, inspired from my many recent and on-going dives with heart-mind and soul into the timeless teachings of Ramakrishna, I wish to encourage us to focus today more than ever, whole heartedly, on God-the Great Love, with longing in our hearts.

Mostly out of habit and tradition, we generally think of God when we need something or when we want something, or when some major disaster hits…which means that we often revert to our separation roles of beggars, always hoping or begging for something, as if we were apart, and not - a part - of It All.

Very rarely do we think of God with longing in our hearts as a true lover feels for a beloved; and even more rarely do we attempt to express our love just for the sake of Love and the Joy that this in itself can bring to our hearts. Such is Samadhi - the state of blissful grace where we feel and know ourselves to be One with God, burning with fervour and intensity in his blinding divine light...

Generating this feeling of longing together therefore is what we shall focus upon during our meditation today.

The entire Universe and its many angelic and devic expressions of Light rejoice each time a human being awakens to this degree of loving devotion - wanting to just sit a while and contemplate with awe and self sustained awareness how truly blissful the Great Love is in its many expressions of Divine Abundance, Beauty, Joy, Light, Warmth, Colour, Playfulness…

Let us sit here in silence together today and let us together long for Love just for the sake of Love, let us long just for the sake of longing, as if we were His-Her small and innocent children awaiting for our Father-Mother-God to hold us in an embrace,  or if you prefer, as a lover longs for the beloved.

May we commune as One in the knowledge that our elder brothers and sisters throughout the dimensions of Light who always join us, will do so today with an even greater joy and let us bask together in this energy of Grace and Devotion… knowing like children or true lovers, that we are loved, guided, provided for and sustained in ways we can not ever fully describe nor understand, much less fully grasp with our human senses of perception.

And beyond today I wish to encourage you also to just beam your love and long for closeness to the Divine in your very heart and in the hearts of all those you know, thus loving them more and more often.

In a twenty four hour cycle there are many such moments for longing for the Great Love and all it takes is for the longing to be activated by your divine will!

No excuses anymore…time stretches when we prioritize God in our lives…so let us wake up and remain awakened.

May the longing expand in your heart your love for God. Thank you for joining me in my own longing… I love each one of you infinitely.

SPIRITUAL  HEALING SHARING SESSIONS with Lou Bognon

I am honoured to share all I have so far learnt on spiritual healing with those who like me are ready - and I am grateful for your willingness to walk this journey with me.

Healing being just a fancy word for love, every act of healing is an act of love and in this spirit; our day together (preferably in groups of six) will be an exercise in being love in action.

Our sharing sessions will be held on Saturdays and will last from ten in the morning, to about four in the afternoon and as Spirit guides us, we may be a little shorter or longer, so try to ensure that your day is fully freed up, so that we can truly go as deep as possible with the guidance we will all be receiving during the day.

PART ONE

1.               What is spiritual healing – redefining our understanding of the bridge we create in between dimensions

2.               Directives on what a spiritual healer does and does not do:

d.     Establishing trust
e.     Listening versus talking (i.e. never diagnosing, prescribing, etc.)
f.       Reassuring and helping the patient remember his/her own divinity

3.               Little gods in disguise and the “science” of miracle making.

4.               The sacred gifts of imagination and visualization

5.               Interaction time for questions and answers on all the above

Please do feel free to bring an extra snack if this feels inadequate even though I would not recommend anything such as cake or heavy food of any kind. Remember this is a totally spiritual experience and not an ordinary workshop where you will remain fully in your mental or physical body chewing away and taking notes, so a state of lightness is not only encouraged but required to avoid a lack of focus and un-necessary fatigue.

With the first quarter of the year already gone, here are my news:

Have finally decided to take a break from my radio work after nine years of working almost non stop for seven days a week: healing patients and writing or recording my programs, self-publishing my five books and hosting my meditation focus for my inner circle....amongst many other things...

And so it is that I have decided to finally make more time for my Self in this 55th year of my life – time to do more of what I have been asked to do for years – namely to share and teach more about healing...so I have started to do this in small groups of six at a time where it really becomes possible to feel as a patient and as a healer...and if you are one of those asking me for ever also when do I start my workshops - pse do sms me so that I can best suit you to an existing group...

I am fully enjoying sharing all that I have learnt from the Spirit realms on miracle making, and God alone knows how many he showed me this year alone!!!!!
which just goes to show that the Divine Timing is Now!!!!

I have also become a step grand-mother to baby Lionel in Stuttgart – where I shall visit later this year!!!!

And I have finally after three years of preparation, received knowledge from Prem Rawat and have been practicing and feeling the Peace in more tangible ways than ever before......check words of peace global org on Google and join in the movement...

MEDITATION FOCUS – 24 MARCH 2012

SELF HEALING

Beloved Friends,

This month our focus is yet again on healing and most particularly on self healing…

So here is a simple way I felt guided to share with you in order to acknowledge and heal all aspects of Self we have created and projected throughout (our conception and perception of) time and space, aspects who, just like us, live in the continuum, or the eternal now if it makes better sense.

Time and Space being the building blocks (so to speak) of our 3rd-4th dimensional reality, we need to accept that our Self (or Luminous Body or Divine Presence or whatever other name we use to describe the omnipresent, omnipotent, divine All that Is As Us having experience here and now), through its own creations is having experience here and now in what we call past lives, future selves, different time lines and various dimensional or frequential zones…and that this is all happening simultaneously.

We are creators and All of Creation creates in turn: take the example of the wind; the wind creates sand storms, sand storms create desert roses and desert roses surely create some other reality not yet seen or understood by us as we can only see the very obvious and sometimes not even that, with our physical perception apparatus.

Let us use another metaphoric image: imagine yourself as a Sun emitting many rays – your creations – just as Creator or the Great Central Sun creates and emits all we perceive around, within and as us… (remember the four stages of evolution in our understanding our god connexion: first we see god as outside us, secondly as working through us thirdly as being within us, and finally we grasp god as us!!!!!)

In order to further understand the nature of creation let us remind ourselves of how, when we are able to look at clouds long enough with intention and attention, they start taking the shapes of things which are meaningful to us; thus some of us see angels, bears, hearts, wings whatever has meaning…in other words we do not see nor create "trigloids", "hamtrees"or "nanamucas" all of which are senseless unknown things to us and of which you never even heard the names before…Relax!!!! neither have I…just made them up for the occasion…

Therefore as you set out to imagine yourself as a spewing sun – giving birth to a "plenty-tude" of mini-me's all being created and projected simultaneously in the now – or (the continuum) or even in a screen just to make you feel better able to imagine – acknowledge them all iwith love and gratitude – for, from each one of your creations and projections of Self you have learnt something very sacred, despite the judgemental boxes of "good, bad, smart, stupid" etc.

To your Luminous Sun-Self all creations are loved as their experiences enrich Its light and like a queen bee It feeds in return all the mini-me's being created; the process being the same of Creator Who is imagining all the mini-He's and She's (us) permanently in the now or in the continuum are giving Him feed back on what it is like to experience whatever it is we are experiencing at any given time in any given form...for the Creator is Mind and therefore formless….

This means that we can in full consciousness and perfect awareness of our divine capacity as Creators in turn, communicate with all we create and our dialogue with our own creations could go this way: for self healing purposes:

I call the attention of all parts of my Self having experience everywhere and anywhere to this self here and now in need of help and healing. Please manifest in this self the best lungs ever created. Because this dimension is tougher than I had anticipated, I need to breathe through this dimensional fog more efficiently, I need to anchor more energy into the denser layers of this manifested form in biology and I thank you all for your loving cooperation and healing.

Of course the above is my own personal one but you can engage your own Self with your own multi-selves and ask for whatever it is you feel you need to heal in this dimensional self. For some it can be simply healing of a bad knee, sinus, fear, anxiety, a hard to release belief in poverty and lack, uncontrollable emotional outbursts, or anything else that may need healing.

When you truly learn to imagine – the limits and limitations of this dimension fade one after the other – so give it a try.

Self healing can not happen without imagination…Imagine yourself just as you want yourself to be and know that it is so.

And on that note let us each meditate on this and invoke the presence of all the dimensional friends who join us so lovingly each time we meet and allow us to BE with - and as us - ONE with the ALL.

And having invoked them all thus – let us not forget that all is heard, attended to and recorded for ever in the living book of LIFE! We are here to learn to perform what up to this point we have collectively called miracles.

And so it is Indeed

MEDITATION GROUP: 18 FEB 2012

As we gather here today, I am reminded that at this time last year, I was in India where I celebrated Maha Shivaratri - Lord Shiva's birthday celebrations with my beloved spiritual son Pranay and a couple more million devotees…in the southern city of Puthaparthi, home to Sai Baba.

A week before, we had been up north in the land where Lord Shiva Himself gave me a vision of the time and royal court, when he walked among us. He had also heard my prayer to experience the cooling water of one of the sources of the Sacred Ganges, by making sure I fell immediately inside the bubbling water fall that was as pure and beautiful as the Himalayan mountains were it is born…oh how I miss India and how I long to visit there again…

With this in my heart I have asked Lord Shiva to inspire this focus of meditation and give me a message for our group, and this is what I got:

Namaste every One,

Many have tried – and tried honestly - to describe and teach what I stand for and often came very close to the divine essence of my Presence, without fully grasping what it is indeed that I Am.

Many have painted me in wild and wonderful ways, yet often failing to understand why I was thus portrayed; others insist in giving me the traits of a "muscled" man- woman with a wild hairstyle held by none other than the moon itself and still others have painted me as a dancer, entranced and entrancing all at once. In some other places I am described and portrayed in still many different ways, one of them as a ferocious black skinned death imposing deity.

Time has come to elaborate on some of these, let us say, remnants of Truth.

In ancient times the Great Mind immersed in Itself as Love and Nurturing Compassion decided to bring forth a Living Book in the vast expanse land where the Sacred Waterways border the ever raising Himalayas. In this Living Book the Great Mind first manifested as Creator, then as the One who nurtures Creation and then as The One who dissolves all creations, to again create anew. In short:

Om Namah Shivaya descended and manifested into the dimension of density and matter.

The pages of this Living Book were thus co-written with those who, over the ages shared their human lives in the time of the living Gods: as Brahma, as Vishnu, as Shiva.

Much is recorded (and mostly accurately so) in respect of these times and I shall not renounce nor correct here today any such records. What I wish to share is a deeper reading of the pages of the Living Book written by the Great Divine Mind and thus expound further on the Shiv role and its relevance for this time, for, the Living Book of the Living God-ess is un-ending and each one of you too are still co-writing it in each living-awakened instant.

What I came to incarnate then as the aspect of God that is so often associated with death and destruction is - the reality that indeed all is impermanent - Om Namah Shivaya….

Buddha Himself understood it best when he was illuminated by the very nature of reality – He taught detachment from impermanence all His life.

You could say that Gautama, the Prince was over-lighted by the Shiv-aspect that had lived thousands of years before (in your time keeping) and had chosen to renounce the comforts of the material life so as to live with the indigent and the, well let us call it, the wild, the unsophisticated, the poorest of the poor in the material sense. As Lord Shiva I looked at the royal courts, their pride and self centeredness and knew of the dissolution to come…

So Beloveds as you sit here today to "celebrate my birthday" remember these sacred truths about what I represent in essence:

All is impermanent and all shall come to pass – try not to forget this when you are going through a difficult experience.

But try to remember this even more when you are going through a joyful one for, neither will last – Om Namah Shivaya…

When you next see a picture of me with the moon remember that it is symbolic of the emotional-mental connection which as you know changes with each thought, never mind with each moon phase. Symbolic too that the moon in my head is growing, a reminder that after its apparent dissolution (new moon) it comes back slowly in a new cycle…a new creation. In fact more than anything the moon reminds us of the cycles of creation, of thought-emotion-feeling, of tides, of harvest, in short, of creation, nurturance and dissolution, of life itself:

all is born, lives and dies…

The formula for all of life: Om Namah Shivaya…

Enjoy life while you are aware of your dimension for it is a unique space of marvellous illusions - an ongoing show that you can go and indulge in as many times as you wish but which, like all shows, remember, it will eventually end.

I Am the living page of the Living Book that reminds you that you are trapped in your dimension by the illusion of separation…but you are not separate from anything at all. You are a living, feeling, loving, functioning, thinking part of Everything That Is.

You are an atom in the Body of God-ess, you are a thought of the Great Mind.

Learn to read the Living Book of Creation by living with Love, that is - out of fear and separation – you will feel closer to the truth of your Oneness with all Life.

SPIRITUAL  HEALING SHARING SESSIONS with Lou Bognon

I am honoured to share all I have so far learnt on spiritual healing with those who like me areready - and I am grateful for your willingness to walk this journey with me.

Healing being just a fancy word for love, every act of healing is an act of love and in this spirit; our day together (preferably in groups of six) will be an exercise in being love in action.

UPDATE for November –December 2011

Beloved Friends,

It has been a while since I last had a chance to even think of my website….never mind writing something to actually post here…we are nearing the end of 2011 and I honestly did not see nor feel it coming, so busy have I been with so many patients, a witness to their ever learning souls and many miraculous and truly divine healings.

This has been a year where travel also took a fair slice of my time and as a result I have been in “catch up mode” each time I have returned from a trip so as to honour and complete my radio work and all the rest of my ever growing responsibilities.

My most memorable trips of course have been to India, hereafter I am with Lord Shiva behind me, and you can read more here ( I pasted a full report of this amazing trip upon my return back in March)

My trip to Madagascar too was a most amazing and blessed experience. Read all about it here

The most recent. trip was to Argentina where I experienced an “Angel moment” – check out the little white feather which hanged onto my ring stone for hours despite the outside wind…

What a beautiful country Argentina is and Buenos Aires a city of rare elegance on the southern hemisphere.

I especially loved the Japanese gardens which were at their spring best with a zillion azaleas in flower when I visited

Most important was the joy of seeing my friends who invited me there and the love we have for each other in our hearts, what a special treat they gave me at the right time indeed …am so grateful for the break and the opportunity to meet more members of my soul family.

Then just recently the core of our meditation group celebrated Diwali with our beloved Hindu friends and we dressed up for the occasion to look like gods and goddesses in the making…ha-ha we may have a long way to walk but hey – we all have to start somewhere…check out some of us here below: Nick, Carla, Kathy, Ingrid, Riana, Marisa, Hema, Judi and yours truly, as usual in the role of the clown in chief, reminding all that life is a joke and therefore, always happy and laughing…

Now I am off to the Golden Gate for a few days to commune with the beauty and love of Mother Earth, whose hair I caress in every blade of grass and whose body I adore in her majestic mountains, rivers and skies.

Then I will be off to Cape Town till the end of the month, where it seems I will again be busier than I had hoped…

The next meditation group will be held in my home on the 3rd of December and then by the 28th I celebrate my 55th birthday!!!!!! And I can’t believe how long I have lived on this planet…!!!

More than ever I feel I am a child of the Universe and also now more than ever I know I am here-now but I do not belong here or anywhere which is so liberating for the true free formless spirit I Am.

So here is my latest two cents worth of wisdom:

Enjoy the ride; don’t think too much in terms linear: November, December, 2011, 2012, 2017 or any such illusionary date

Take a deep breath;

Be present;

Observe how life takes care of It-Self in All – and

This silence is due to a few travels, especially to the Cape to help my daughter with her first book and of course to increased healing time – must be the winter and the changing energy that is keeping up the pressure for us to wake up to our divinity...well whatever it is it has been keeping me in great demand...and I am very happy about it as nothing makes me happier than to be able to help and serve (hands on!!!) the Divine in another.

These past few weeks I have also often felt like going into silence and so the universe sent me a mirror the other day...and this beloved person talked so much I felt dizzy...Thank God in my typically funny way to get out of it, I kept saying telepathically "mirror mirror on the wall who is the most talkative of them all?" ...after a few of those silent mantras he too finally stopped talking and as he lay for healing he also fell in a very deep sleep.

This need to go into silence is making itself greater in my life everyday and I really do not even feel like opening my email, so there you have it - if you really need me in a rush use my cell phone as this is a trend that I will be nurturing....the trend of less words, spoken, written and especially thought...

In accordance with this trend I have decided already that next year I shall stop my French radio work even though I may still accept to do it in English again if I am asked, or do a Television version of my work also if that is part of the Divine Plan.

On the other hand I do feel that my life is taking me in an entirely new direction and with that in mind I was guided to register the domain of:
www.sacredsouthafrica. (website is just parked and not yet in construction)

Even though my vision is still evolving as per guidance, for this new and post-radio facet of my work, it is already clear that I will be asked to, more than ever before, gather all my skills, acquired experience and talents in travel and international tourism to create something worthy of its name. After all how amazing is it that this domain name was not yet taken?

This is a project that will involve all the sacred places of all the various peoples composing this southern tip of our beloved continent and I am hoping to involve millions of brothers and sisters in this work. Feel free to send me your ideas and feedback and even your special pictures as this will involve a detailed and coordinated register of all sacred sites known by the ancients as well as the ancestral knowledge of this continent. In this spirit this work can only evolve and eventually translate into a reality if I succeed in getting all the help that I can from every single person who, like me feels that we are all here to awaken each other and thus play our rightful roles in the planetary awakening in the years beyond 2012.
One of my closest friends is creating an apple application for I-phones which will also be closely associated with this site in the future I am sure, but all this is not yet a reality for this year and we need to be many gathering together our efforts of bringing awareness of the sacredness of all life. If this awareness can start with sacred sites it will be a fair start to this labour of love. I stress this as being a labour of love as I have no intention of making this project a business, thus hopefully attracting only true servers to this work. As you know money has never been the motivating force of any aspect of my spiritual work and even though I am far from being financially rich I always trust that whatever I need is always available to me at any given moment and so it is indeed for all I have so far co-created with God's Angels.

MEDITATION-PRAYER
JULY 2011

Beloved Friends,

Today's focus of meditation is our individual and collective power to really make a difference.

With this in mind, and knowing that every action has a ripple effect, I come to encourage us to remind each other today of what is truly important here and now:

It is time we all stop saying, thinking or feeling that we are too small to make any difference… if all the drops of rain were to ever think this way there would only ever be deadly draught all over. Every drop counts and nowhere more so than there, where is no water.

It is time to stop talking about and really starting to make a difference: in our own lives first then in the lives of those closest to us: family, friends, neighbours'… Like dew drops, every effort can be collected, harvested and shared to alleviate the thirst or need of someone.

It is time to stop believing that we have no time for this, that or the other. Time is an illusion and yet a very real and precious one at that, so we all have to play along within its defined atoms. Every instant lost is like trying to watch a movie on TV and then go to the kitchen repeatedly for a snack before the commercials. After a few such snack-breaks we all loose the plot.

This can be said for our relationships with self, with others, with our health, our dreams etc…in short: it is Time to be Present.

It is time to stop the litany of "excuses" – frankly nobody really ever wants to hear or even believe any excuse – what we do not do, do not say or do not give is always lost whether we ourselves believe it or not. So, let us write that book, start that project, form that group, help that neighbour, read that article, acknowledge that person, be the Peace and Love we wish to see.

It is time for us to continually express gratitude for all people and things in our awareness. Ours is the reality we have called forth, whether we like, know, and recognise it – or not.

It is time to finally apply the "law of fingers': each time we point our finger at someone or something, there remains three other fingers pointing back at us. They remind us to ask ourselves some of these questions:

What about me? Am I that perfect or can I still learn and improve?

How responsible am I for this?

Why do I refuse to see myself as the Creator of this unpleasant reality?

And finally let us never forget that the entire universe only uses two letters of all the infinitude of existing alphabets, namely: O and K.

Whatever we are saying, feeling, thinking, the universe is permanently re-arranging its atoms to agree with us and it goes like this:

We think: I can't do this….and the universe goes: OK

We say: I Am too small… and the universe says: OK

We say I can do this and the universe says OK

And so it is with every breathe we take!

Let us pray together beloved friends slowly and in full presence so as to integrate the value of these sacred prayers' words:

TEDx Madagascar May 12-17-2011 Report back:

This was a trip I shall treasure always, much like a cosmic gift…

I was invited to make a presentation at Antananarivo’s international conference, on Women’s Cancers in Africa. This was an independently organised TED event, bringing together researchers, doctors and various approaches from fifteen countries, including the USA, China, India, Jordan, Russia, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, South Africa, amongst others.

Our generous and gracious hosts were the Akbaraly Foundation presided by living angels on earth, namely the Akbaraly family and especially Cinzia Akbaraly, her loving husband Ylias and a host of eager and helpful youngsters, all  trying to make a difference in their beloved country of Madagascar and bring treatment, awareness and prevention of these diseases to the poorest women. It was precisely this powerful intention and the collective willingness of all participants, to make a difference in the lives of women suffering from cancer,  that made this extraordinary gathering of souls so special, despite the outward differences, appearances, experiences and angles from which each one exposed and shared their respective ideas and experiences. TED is about sharing ideas and therefore no participant starts with the premise that any idea is greater (or smaller) than the next.

The fact that we were 45 speakers, each one of us allocated 9 minutes on average to make our presentation, and that we all sat in and listened to each other, side by side with an audience of about a thousand people, made it a long but very fruitful and rewarding day, not to mention an amazing opportunity to really get to know and form closer bonds with each other.

Being the only spiritual healer present, my presentation was spiritually inspired and I called it “connecting the dots and undoing the knots”; it focused on identifying the patterns of thought, feeling and emotion that create disease in the first place and on tools to assist in breaking these patterns.

To many fellow Ted speakers, with a scientific and medical background, listening to me was a bit like moving to a parallel universe but in the end
(I was speaker 34 out of 45) also a welcome shift from the more technical-medical information and thinking, according to their feedback.

All I had asked of my own Divine Presence as always, was that I may radiate and convey as much healing love as possible, by just being love in action… and as always it worked, for true, divine love never fails…

The long day was followed by a gala event at the Carlton Hotel where most of the speakers were staying, myself included.

This was the serene view of the city of Antananarivo from my 7th floor room:

As you can see, the city core is lovely, clean and well greened. In all directions there are hills and some of them hold very beautiful pieces of ancient architecture blending Europe-Africa and Asia inputs at different levels. The people are kind, humble and gentle and definitely most welcoming too.

The next big thing to report was our two days on the paradise island of Sainte Marie, a 40 minute flight away from the capital Antananarivo. This is an island so unspoilt and beautiful as to defy words of explanation or description…the scenes of whale births in the film Oceans were filmed here.

Check me out in the joy of arrival with my own coconut all of which reminded me about my own Paradise Islands of Mozambique where I was blessed and privileged to grow up as a child; I felt like a child again and at home.

Being a spiritual healer I was in great demand and was able to connect deeply with those who needed to open up and receive what I was more than willing to give them: healing love!

On my last day, two of my now new close friends, both Naturopaths and all round holistic practitioners, Narayan-Romy and his lovely wife Aurore, gave me the gift of a much needed full body massage with hot oils and we were able to exchange notes, prayers, crystals, methodologies of work and most importantly, our energy and experience in each other’s respective fields.

Six days surrounded by so many wonderfully loving souls and in such beautiful surroundings, spoilt by five star treatment all along, cannot be fairly accounted for here but I have given you the basics knowing that this was my first, but will certainly not be my last visit to this most beautiful island country.

Let some more pictures speak for me – after all a picture speaks louder than words. Enjoy and consider Madagascar and the Island of Sainte Marie as a serious option for an idyllic restful holiday. I surely long to return and I know I shall someday, just for a rest, and alone.

Along the beaches the local people sell fresh vanilla pods in bunches, of which I brought a stock, ask for clothing of which I gave them some, and sprinkle one with Ylang Ylang scent by which I was overwhelmed…

And below is a rare specimen of deep brilliant blue-violet berry I found walking about in another smaller island we travelled to by pirogue:

And this last one is a flower I found all over the place fallen from gigantic trees and which fascinated me and reminded me about a supernova exploding with love in its core.
Love for all people and for all of Life in my awareness is what I felt and this unique flower touched my heart…as it sort of encapsulated all I felt as I kept radiating love to all that is… this flower’s shape and beauty and humility laying there on the ground, just about did it for me…

Here we are again almost half way through the year and enjoying the most gorgeous of Johannesburg winters as far as I can remember in thirty five years…all of it due to gentle and life giving rain having continued to fall well past the summer months. It is an almost unbelievable wonder to my eyes to still see green grass in my garden…

Ours is a city with many challenges and yet also a blessed city like no other. Where else in a metropolis this big, do you find people greeting and smiling at each other as if they knew each other as family? Surely not in Paris where I have often been glanced at as if I was seriously mentally challenged…simply by doing what I do here all the time – that is- to smile and greet everyone.

Back from my Madagascar trip (will report back soon), so shortly after India, I must admit once again that even though I was in the most wonderful of worlds in Antananarivo and in the paradise island of Sainte Marie (where the famous whale births were filmed for the film Oceans), with five star hotels and treats all the way – not to mention the most extraordinary group of people,  it is here in the big city, that I always feel the energy as being the most powerful…

Surely the electromagnetics of precious gold and platinum at such high altitude combine to attract the cauldron of colour, culture and everything else in between that this city has brought together from all over the planet…As much as our tourist slogan is “a world in one country” Johannesburg is truly and fairly representative of “the world in one city”…

We are infinitely blessed here to have some of the best of everything on Earth: be it art, food, culture, design, spirituality, nature, people…
It is nice to know that ours is a city filled with more bird life than entire countries anywhere in the world, that within a few kilometres from its heart, we can interact with and touch elephants, lions, cheetahs, you name it…we are uniquely blessed indeed!

And so it is that Johannesburg and all its people, animals, plant and mineral Life is our focus of meditation today. We shall be using the radiating letter of the cosmic alphabet to send our love and radiate our love and our gratitude to all the souls making it a uniquely interesting and stimulating city of our planet.
Let us pray and intend that crime and inequality will dissolve, that violence and poverty will transmute into a growing sense of sharing and healing and helping each other, one person at a time.

Let us commit to making a difference by continually infusing our love and our intentions to make this a special place in the body of our Earth and let us focus with all our might on all that is good, kind and beautiful: such as the peace and tolerance we experienced throughout this last election, the politeness and the generosity of most of its people, the beauty of our surroundings and the realisation that we are all in this boat together. Let us all navigate in the same direction of more abundance, fairness and more joy for all. And let us stay as real and as wise as we have always been…Thank You.

MEDITATION FOCUS : SAI BABA
APRIL 2011

Beloved Friends,

As you may have heard by now, my most Beloved of Holy men, Sai Baba of India, whom I visited – just in time last month, is preparing to leave his 85 year old costume behind.

And as much as this may and will, create pain amongst the many millions who so deeply love him all over the world, a part of me rejoices for Him and the liberation it is to be free from a physical-heavy and demanding body. I know he IS with us in spirit always and as he said Himself so often:

Many people go on pilgrimage in search of God. They foolishly think that they can find God at such places. God is not present somewhere else. In fact, you are yourself God. God is present in all. God is only one and He is present wherever you look for Him. He is in you, with you, above you, below you. God is beyond birth and death and dwells in every being in the form of the Divine Self. He is present in all human beings, be it a child or an old man. The same God is present in insects, birds and beasts. He is also present in whomsoever you meet. Remember that…

Today's focus of meditation is dedicated to this most beloved of all souls, whose life amongst us brought only joy and abundance in all its forms to all those who were blessed to be touched by his pure God-love and energy.

In this spirit therefore I have compiled here for us today just ten of his thoughts on meditation and related issues, which I hope you will enjoy as much as I do.

Ten Thoughts by BABA

1. You must control your mind. Proper enquiry of the mind and purity of the heart are very essential. Offer your mind to God. God will do everything for you. Discharge your duty earnestly with devotion to God. Cultivate the firm faith that God is everywhere. Do not doubt that God is here but not there. God is present wherever you search for Him. He permeates the entire universe. Most people are not able to recognize this truth. God is present in all beings, be it a small insect like an ant or a big animal like an elephant. He is present alike in a particle of sand and in a particle of sugar.

2. Dhyana (meditation) is the very basis of all Sadhana (spiritual practice). Meditation gives you the first inkling of the Divine Bliss. With this Bliss as the ideal, you must carry on meditation and mental repetition of the Divine Name from then on. The step immediately after meditation is Samadhi (total absorption in the Self). Meditation is the seventh of the eight-fold path of Yoga. Do not give up this royal road that leads you on to that sacred goal!

3. Every thought, word, deed has to proceed from the full consciousness of knowledge. Direct your intelligence not to wander about but to dwell constantly in the inner world. This is the inward quest, and meditation (Dhyana) is the most important instrument needed for this. The spiritual aspirant must enter the inner quest through the gate of introspection. That gate will accord welcome into the highest and holiest status possible in life to every aspirant who is endowed with humility and devotion.

4. There are three stages of Sadhana (spiritual practice). They are concentration, contemplation and meditation. When you fix your gaze on one form, it is concentration. When this form physically moves away after sometime, you still look at this form with your mental eye. That is contemplation. As a result of this exercise, this form gets imprinted in your heart permanently. That is meditation. If you go on meditating thus, the form remains in your heart permanently. You should not confine your spiritual practices to concentration and contemplation only. While it is true that these are the first steps in your spiritual practices, you must progress further. You must transform concentration to contemplation and later into meditation. When you transform thus, you will continue to visualize the form of God at all times. The ancient Rishis (seers) adopted this form of meditation. That is why God manifested before them whenever they wished, talked to them and fulfilled their desires.

5. Anyone who is intent on following the spiritual path or meditation must take every care that these ten enemies do not even approach them. (Tenfold sins: 3 physical, 4 verbal, and 3 mental. The physical sins are: injury to life, adulterous desire, and theft. The verbal sins are: false alarms, cruel speech, jealous talk, and lies. The mental sins are: greed, envy, and denial of God). These sins have to be eschewed completely. Instead, you need tendencies that will help you progress and not drag you back. You must speak and act only good (Shubha), for good alone is auspicious (Mangala) and the auspicious alone is Shiva. This is what the scriptures (Shastras) teach. The good is the auspicious. The auspicious is the spiritually helpful. Thus being good is the true instrument that aids in merging with Lord Shiva.

6. You must give up the craving for material comfort and the attachment to sense objects. You must discard the false fears, the absurd desires, the sorrow, the worries, and the artificial pleasures that now fill your mind. That is to say, you must discriminate and train yourself to realize that everything is illusory. Everyone needs this self-education. The pathetic condition today of many people is due to its absence. Meditation is the remedy for this state of mind. Meditation gives concentration and success in all tasks. Through meditation alone, great personages and sages (Rishis) have controlled their mental activities, directed them towards the pure (Sathwic) path, established themselves at all times in contemplation of the Lord, and finally succeeded in achieving union with God.

7. Control the senses, which run helter-skelter; then, the origins of the disease will be destroyed. Let the mind keep a watch over its gymnastics; dam up the mad flood of thoughts and plans and schemes; then there will be no room for worries and anxieties in the mind. To diminish the wanderings of your thoughts, repeat the name of the Lord; that will keep out your sorrows and troubles. Without the effacement of the mind, spiritual wisdom (Jnana) cannot dawn. A person attains fullness only when he or she succeeds in this.

8. When your mind matures and attains fruition, it easily becomes free of all qualities. It becomes placid, calm, and pure. It easily merges in the one and only Atma. Each person has the unique chance to taste the inner peace that such a mind can grant, but, unfortunately, most are strangers to the unshakable joy and equanimity that is their birthright. Meditation is the only island of refuge in the ocean of life for all beings tossed on the waves of desire, doubt, dread, and despair. This Vedantic truth must be present in the mind even while being engaged in the mundane material world!

9. It is important that you should not become a victim of the six inner enemies, which are Kama (desire), Krodha (anger), Lobha (greed), Moha (attachment), Mada (pride) and Matsarya (jealousy). Then, you can experience peace and love. Everyone should perform their duties meticulously and adhere to Dharma (code of conduct). Even an ant follows its Dharma. Wherever it finds food, it carries to its place and consumes it. It does not harm anybody, nor does it steal anything from anybody. All the birds and animals follow their natural Dharma and conduct themselves accordingly. The path of Dharma is fundamental for all, right from a Cheema (Ant) and Brahma (Creator). The same principle of Truth is present in both.

10. Good and bad co-exist. It is not possible for anyone to separate them. When you cultivate more of goodness, the bad in you will become absolutely insignificant. There is no need to use any force to drive all that is bad. When you forget bad, goodness will develop in you in full measure. Do not think that the New Year will give you some new results. Whatever good or bad you experience is the result of your thoughts, words, and actions. When any bad thought comes into your mind, give it up immediately. If you conduct yourself in this manner, you will become a true devotee of God and achieve liberation. This is the message I would like to give you on this sacred day.

MEDITATION GROUP – 12 March  2011

Beloved Friends,

What to say when so many of our brothers and sisters are shell shocked as is the case of so many in Japan after the colossal earthquake and ensuing waves of tsunamis?

We pray for mercy and grace today and we send our love and prayers to that part of the world. The Pacific ring of fire is now expanding and the consequences are there for all to see. Less talked about, is the slow breaking apart of our own continent, with another “ring of fire” which will most likely split Africa in two sooner than we may ever get to hear about it.

Our Mother Earth is doing what she must to find balance and cleanse herself and we must pray continually for Her and for all Life she so kindly nurtures for aeons of time. More than ever we need to connect with our own Divine Presence and that of all humanity.

While in India, contemplating the beauty of the Sacred Ganges from a little boat, I had a clear vision of parallel dimensions co-existing simultaneously like two films being screened on parallel lines on the same screen…and we all witness pockets of Peace and Harmony like this one we have created together here and places that could best be described as potential hell, much like some of the awakening Arab cities at present.
Let us pray together with deepest devotion in our hearts and let us focus our energy on the new reality of peace and harmony coming to earth, while sending love and light to Japan, to our brothers and sisters in the Arab world and to wherever love, peace and harmony are most needed now.

And last but not least, let us bless my fifth book together with love and gratitude and pray that it may take us into a still deeper understanding of the Divine in us all and of the Sacredness of All Life.

Beloved Divine Presence in us all
Let us always know and feel that
You are the supplier of all our needs
Even before we are aware of them;

Let us always feel and receive
Your Love and Life giving Perfection
To dissolve all imperfections we create;

Let us never forget these divine truths
Not even for a single instant so that we integrate
Each one of them individually:

Beloved Angels, Archangels, Gods, Goddesses, Light Beings, Star Family Helpers of Humanity across dimensions,

We humbly ask for your protection, assistance and guidance
For our Brothers and sisters in all places of this beloved Planet
That are lost, disconnected or suffering much pain and loss.

May each and every one of them feel in the core of their being
That all is indeed unfolding as it should at this time.

May they know in their hearts and souls that a Divine Plan is
Unfolding with absolute perfection, despite all appearances to the contrary.

And may they feel the Peace that is descending
Upon each one of them this very instant
Through our collective Divine Heart as we pray together with deep love for each other and as One.

Update – March 11th 2011

My two weeks in India, Beloved Friends,
filled me to the brim with its devotional spirit, so here are some experiences, insights and memories of my wonderful and unforgettable first trip to this sacred land.

I had set out to visit just two places: first, the northern parts, closer to the Himalayas’ mountainous sources of the Ganges (where I had often travelled to in spirit) and then the southern village of Puttaparthi-Prasanthi Nilayam in the region of Andhra Pradesh - to be in the holy presence of Sathya Sai Baba and honour his “leela” (personal post card), after a perfect manifestation of his face appeared in a huge clay pot in my lounge, twelve years ago.

With Jet Airlines I flied direct from Johannesburg to Mumbai just over eight hours, then on to New Delhi where I joined Pranay, my spiritual son, who had travelled a week ahead to have special time with his friend Hema. It was lovely seeing his familiar smiling face at the airport on a dense foggy morning and then to go from the “organized chaos” that is Delhi to Hema’s comfortable and welcoming home. After the overwhelming smell, dirt and dust of the city slums, the luxury of marble floors and private bathrooms felt like another planet, as Hema lives in a South African official home of our diplomatic service, and as an extra bonus it was lovely to see the loving and smiling face of Nelson Mandela in a poster, behind her own kind and welcoming smile, each time she opened the door for us.

In Delhi we rested, relaxed, slept late and stayed on for three days to see the city. We walked about, took the metro, the taxis and the rickshaws, and visited two of India’s most beautiful temples: Aksherdham’s Swami Narayan Temple, the biggest in the world, and the Lotus Temple of the Baai faith, both masterpieces of architecture displaying marble and gold as a perfectly divine combination. Hema also invited us to a famous restaurant where I had the best Hindu meal of my life so far; called a dossah, it is a sort of huge dry rolled pancake which we break into pieces and dip in four different divinely perfumed and spiced sauces. India is blessed among many other things, with spices and I tasted every one on offer at each opportunity. Being blessed with fearlessness all went well with me except for one evening of cramps towards the end of my journey, but the next morning I woke up perfect for the next round…

Amongst some twenty million other souls even though these numbers are not official, plus God alone knows how many sacred cows, monkeys, dogs, birds of prey, crows and an infinity of parrots, New Delhi makes one feel very fragile and humble, a bit like, surviving and living a day at a time. Yet the people are honest, very hard working, kind, friendly and welcoming and never did we feel the smallest hint of aggression, much less, violence. In such a huge sea of humanity it is amazing to actually feel a sort of paradoxical peace that is palpable everywhere: in the streets, the pavements, in the crowded metro, the loud and chaotic traffic...

Amazingly, amongst the chaotic, noisy and ever hooting traffic of the city, the cows walk serene and beautiful, at a slow and measured pace, in the knowledge that they are indeed sacred and that no one will hurt them. The first one I saw was on the first evening of my stay as we went to buy fruit and walked out of the gated community where we lived. There, close to a huge rubbish bin, was a Brahmin white cow with a very young baby. As I bowed ceremoniously to greet her with Namaste, she too bowed back to me ever so gently, as if she knew from birth that all of us are divine. Her baby in the meantime was busy stretching its tongue deeply into a small pot of yogurt by the floor, surely rejected by the cool, but even busier dog standing right inside the said bin.

Gentle harmlessness touched me everywhere I went in India, both in the people and in the animals. Then it hit me that being vegetarian surely has to have a lot to do with it. Close to a billion Hindus in India are vegetarian, so animals feel no fear and its sacred cows, unlike their sisters throughout the world, certainly never see themselves as mere “steaks”…

All is sacred in India: animals, plants, flowers, seeds. Of all the gifts India and Hinduism offer humanity the most precious is the teaching about the sacredness of all life, preserved in many ways through devotion rituals to many gods such as Lord Ganesh (the God-Elephant) and Lord Anuman (the God-Monkey) the sacred snakes, the sacred rudraksha seed necklaces associated with Lord Shiva, jasmine and marigold flowers, the leaves and branches of tulsi (basilicum sanctum) amongst an infinity of other things.
No wonder people come from all over the world as if attracted there by some divinely magnetic energy of devotion.

It is, in my humble opinion the very energy that is upholding the divine command since the beginning of time: love God in everyone and in everything for all of Life IS Sacred
Which is in fact another meaning for the word-greeting : Namaste.

How lovely to bow to another and be bowed to in return, with the exact same devotion, while holding one’s hands to the heart while saying Namaste: “the divine in me greets the divine in you”. I indulged all the time: Namaste Namaste, Namaste became my mantra to all people and all things Indian…but it is perhaps more than anything else, the beauty and the dignified demeanour of the sacred cows in urban and densely populated surroundings, without a single blade of grass in sight that will stay with me for ever…and oh! how they loved my gift of fruit peels…

Up north in Rishikesh and Laxman-Julla the area where we stayed the longest, I offered them curry and rice and they loved it just as much and followed me for a while to eat the paper serviettes in which I had kept my meal left over…

This northern India part of the trip was the most eventful starting with a drive from Delhi to Rishikesh that lasted some six hours for just about 168 kilometres. Driving on that particular road stretches one in all directions. I kept thinking of how many of my friends would never survive the drive without some serious damage to their physical and mental bodies: the potholes, the pollution, the noise and the heat combined with the density of people, animals, vehicles big and small and the uncertainty that one will ever reach any destination, given that it is never clear on which side of the road any car stays at any given time, all made me think that India is not for the fearful, the sick, the vulnerable or the fragile and much less for the too orderly, too clean, too comfortable, too set in their ways, too stressed, too rigid, and surely not, for fragile backs prone to slipped disks.

In my assessment of the situation on that particular trip within India, one either trusts the flow or flows with it, or one just gives up there and then. Pranay and I trusted, surrendered and stayed in the moment fully aware that we had a good itinerary ahead of us and therefore lived on a moment by moment basis. After that we laughed: Yeish! We made it!!!

In Rishikesh another of Pranay’s friends awaited for us…Harem the famous artist-painter. We soon became a triad of devotion and much fun and laughter and Harem lost no time showing us his unique decorating skills of his little hotel room with long hanging and beautiful saris… like only a keen-queen artist is really able to…. Harem, like me is totally in love with India’s sacred cows and his magnificent work shows much of that love…pity he is too famous to be easily affordable now but just check him out for yourself at:

As the Yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh attracts people from all over the planet and is an absolutely beautiful and magic place perched on both sides of the sacred Ganges River, with beautiful white sandy beaches and thousands of steps to climb up and down. Most visitors from all corners of the world, like myself, arrive here prompted only by their soul’s longings and in my case, the desire, after having seen Him, to be closer to the earthly abode of beloved Lord Shiva…the third aspect of God in Hinduism (which teaches that God has three facets: Creator-Nurturer-Destroyer).

Thus I couldn’t wait to climb higher and closer to the highest points on the distant roads closer to the feet of the Himalayas and so the next day the three of us rented an old Land Rover with a driver to take us higher and higher…to the highest and oldest Lord Shiva Temple of Gangotri.

On our way there the winding road was at times positively scary and even worst is the way that drivers seem to hang on by their tyre threads from falling into the precipices below…and  again only the certitude that my time was not yet up kept me smiling at the joke of it all. In my mind I told Lord Shiva: gratefully, I know you are taking care of us all, otherwise we would have to be brave and nuts to be here and still smile through the diesel fumes at this altitude…

Suddenly we came to a magnificent source-waterfall-pool and our driver encouraged us to get out, walk and relax while he took in his drinking water supply. The falling pure water sound was so blissful and the gift so huge after so much dust and travel that I just realised this was one of the mountain sources of the sacred Ganges, feeding Mother Ganga Herself…and as I pondered on what I so often experienced in my spirit body my prayer to Lord Shiva went something like this:

Beloved Lord Shiva I am so deeply grateful to be here-now and to have survived this far and I so much would love to experience in my physical body what I so often did in spirit…am so happy…so grateful…bla bla bla

Without further ado, the beloved complied immediately and Ploof!
I promptly fell fully clothed and made up, with glasses, jewellery, dollars and rupees, passport and credit cards under my T-shirt on my travelling belt…

So, there I was on that sparkling cool pool of pure sacred water with the magnificent water fall singing and falling all over me.

Once inside I tried to see if I could actually touch the bottom of the pool but all I did was to scare my travel companions as they could not see me anywhere after hearing the big splash…soon though I was up for air, reassuring them that I was perfectly OK and I laughed so much that just telling it again I am still laughing at the sweetness of this Shiva joke….

Amazingly as you can see, I emerged peacefully, with my glasses and jewellery on and my flip-flops on and my money belt on and all was in perfect order. Of course the soaked white T-shirt was no temple gear so I changed into the jacket I had brought along in case the temperature would fall with the escalating altitude…my hair and pants soaked and dripping had grown by a few centimetres and I arrived at the temple looking as if I had just been accidentally baptized…

Many bows and Namastes ensued by the temple and later I was told that traditionally people who fall in the Ganges by accident are said to be “instantaneously enlightened” and therefore it is highly probable that many of those humble people were bowing not to a fallen blonde joke but to another facet of the divine in wet and funny disguise. As I tell you this, I am still laughing at how fast my prayer was heard - and answered!!!!

Not wanting to be too long here, let me tell you that my visit to Prasanthi Nilyam in the south was gentler and I made still more friends and was fully and completely heart present in the presence of Sai Baba’s loving energy. But before getting there we stayed over two days in Bangalore from travelling a whole day from Rishikesh to Deradun and then on again to Delhi and on to Bangalore where again we rested. Maneesha our beloved friend here in Johannesburg, had given us a two night voucher for a five star hotel and we were not going to waste it…Bangalore is India’s IT capital and has a magnificent airport and better infrastructure all round. It also has the best fresh fruit juices (paw-paw and water melon especially) on earth…

As promised before my trip, by my spirit guides, I would receive a personal message from Sai Baba and I did – in dream – as he appeared together with Shirdi Sai Baba, his previous reincarnation and as they both looked at me and at each other smiling they encouraged me together in one voice saying:  “give more”
Lovely message indeed as I already live by the proverb “what is not given is lost” and therefore I know I can give more and still more in all facets of my life.

Inside the hotel dining room where I joined Pranay, after giving up staying in the far too big and crowded ashram, I met Juni a Chinese lady of 62 from Indonesia and long time devotee who has come to be with Sai Baba for the past 31 years, as well as Haryanto her son, and Tuti her best friend from Bali. We became inseparable and they gave me special gifts blessed by Sai Baba and told me about what it is to be so close to him for so long. They are part of the inner circle devotees and have their own private quarters inside the ashram given to them by Baba personally, so I stayed with them, ate with them, prayed with them and drank their stories and sharings and that was as close as I could get to beloved Sai Baba.

Seeing him on my first darshan (collective blessing ceremony) was an emotional time and even though he is now old and fragile when he looked in my direction albeit from far his face “came” very close and his eyes were filled with God’s love for us all. No wonder people came from all over the world, many Russians, from Georgia to Siberia, Argentineans, French, Spanish, German, English and from all other languages I could not always identify. Humbling and amazing and so much love and devotion in that huge ashram that we feel as if walking on thin air. On Maha Shivaratri, the celebration of Lord Shiva’s birthday, I only went inside after half past nine at night and with Pranay we stuck to the garden only, but we meditated in our room in the morning and the afternoon as well. The crowds on that day were a moving human sea.

Made many friends in India and three special soul connections of note: an old lady at the Lotus Temple, Ram at Rishikesh, an young man of great beauty and wisdom who “saw” me and again another young Kashimiri man in Bangalore, Muzzafar, who almost cried when I departed gifting me with a silk scarf so that I would remember him always in my prayers and when I touched his gift.

All three, souls of the same cluster surely as our encounters were emotionally charged with tears of recognition. Special moments these when we prayed and meditated together especially Muzzafar, the Muslim Kashmiri young man, perhaps both my children in another lifetime… him and Ram.

We met many other Masters too – India is the land of abundance in this respect – so many masters walking that sacred land. Of note, Prem Baba a Brazilian who runs a beautiful ashram in Rishikesh where we joined in for inspiration and meditation with hundreds of Brazilians, Germans, French, etc and the current Master of Krya Yoga in the lineage of Yogananda’s own master, with whom we shared private time and hot chilli sandwiches at Deradun airport.

As for Pranay my spiritual son – he was perfect in every way – kind, sweet, generous to a fault, respectful, very protective and devoted. We both agreed that if we had any doubts about having done this before now we know for sure and without a trace of doubt, that indeed we have. The entire trip we did not have a single disagreement or a singe instant out of harmony with each other, in fact - not the smallest single false note and we both felt absolutely blessed to have each other!

Mah…Mah…became our mantra as that was the sound of beggars in India when they called after me…food Mah…money Mah…

Give more was my special message and I gave… till my last rupee…but what I received in return was Divine Love throughout every single instant and despite its many challenges India truly felt like home and I loved every single aspect of it for I felt God everywhere in everyone and in everything, every single moment I spent there.

MEDITATION GROUP – 15 JANUARY 2011

Beloved Friends,

Here we are again – at the beginning of a “New Year” – even though by now many of us should be somewhat disconnected from any calendar and be instead in the eternal NOW. For the ones of you following the Hindu calendar you are ahead by a few hundred years on this cycle and a few thousand in all other cycles, same could be said for you following the Jewish calendar, the Chinese calendar, and what about the Dogon calendar of Mali, which is aligned by Sirius and not by our earth-moon cycles…

Which all brings me nicely to an interesting “time” dream I had about a most beloved soul standing with me peacefully by a gentle waterfall when I said: “on 19th of June we celebrate your birthday” . In an unexpected appearance his ego self, oddly, tried to argue stating most seriously:  
My birthday is not on the 19th, it is on the 47th of June!!…

I broke out in such laughter that I woke myself up. Speak of vivid dreams!

Vivid dreams are becoming more prevalent as we integrate more facets of our Divine Presence as an ever growing awareness of our ego’s tendency to control all in this denser dimension. Exciting times ahead indeed as we stand witness to the on-going agony of our egos as they become ever more transparent in their need to hold on to the illusions they have created over lifetimes: pain, separation, fear, control, argumentation, war, destruction and the entire gamut of what we term as negative experience.

Hopefully, as more and more of us learn to function from our Divine Presence, and thus relate as and with love to all other facets-Atoms in the Body of The One, we find ourselves more and more often refusing to relate to, or engage with, those of us who want to keep our egos well and alive at all costs. Relationships of all types will become focal points of application of what we have learnt, and how far we have awakened, by giving us innumerable opportunities for application, thus allowing us – or not -  to learn and exercise true disciple-in(e), the kind of reined in inner discipline and Self commitment which, if we do not learn to master fully, will ensure that, and for yet another life cycle in this dimension, we will have “lost the boat” and once again failed our soul’s longing to ascend and be free in this lifetime.

And still on the issue of relationships – of any kind – never mind how good they may temporarily feel, none will make it into the future if ego makes even the smallest of appearances…Ours, as a collective is a testament that we all have managed to put our egos aside and focus on the Light shining brightly within each one of us. This is the reason (and no other), why our meetings have become – and more so now than ever – a place and a space we cherish so deeply in gratitude, where we long to be in, more and more often. That is also why our collective mantra has become: can’t wait for the next meditation….

This state of collective grace we experience together, gave me a seed of an idea, idea which I want to propose to you all and ask you to “water” and seed still further in return, when you leave here today:

And that is: let us commit together to be as one in meditation every single day as we wake up and let us thus offer ourselves as vessels of Divine Love – willingly and joyfully allowing IT to flow to and through us for all Life on Earth as well as situations, places and events that may benefit from our Light.

All we need to do is state in all humility that we offer ourselves as disciples of the Light, to being the instruments through which Love Divine may flow and overflow to the rest of humanity. Our intention will be amplified by Love Itself and Its many life streams throughout the countless dimensions of Creation.

Our collective mantra/seed/thought could be as simple as:

Divine Presence fill me with your Love and Light

And let me radiate your Love and Light to All Life.

 No-thing else needs to be said or done and you could stay in that state of grace as long (or as little) as your time-level of commitment permits.

This is more about being than it is about doing…Just BE more Love-Light and the radiating part will take care of itself naturally…

Dear friends if you are a practicing healer here is some of my sharings you may wish to share in return - given with and as Love - always - Lou

HEALING – BASIC NOTIONS 

ROLE OF THE HEALER:

Tell yourself often:

My role is to comfort and to awaken the other soul to its own DIVINE potential, to the HEALER WITHIN.

A true healer:

* never diagnosis,

* never gives a prognosis

* and never promises a cure.

*Never stops a doctors’ treatment.

*Never engages with the role the person is playing, choosing to focus on the patient as a Divine Being - only - and always!!!!.

* Always says: Everything will be alright.

* Opens all senses and becomes aware, that is: listens with all senses: especially with the heart as many things remain un-said by patient...It is important to listen to the “non-spoken” parts…

In the case of a tumor or illness, ask what happened in previous 6 – 9 months? That is generally how long it takes for a serious issue to manifest in the physical body.

This may also be a starting point for the person to open up.

Always relate to the person as a divine being (teach the true meaning of the sacred word/greeting: Namaste)

Do not verbalize everything that you hear/receive as guidance, it is not for you to tell most of the time but rather for you to understand...

At any given time during a session and exactly because we are playing roles, you may find to your humbling surprise that your roles are inverted.

This is a good sign that you are doing well in terms of sharing of yourself too…after all the patient must feel that which you must convey: you are both Divine souls playing roles and learning from each other…

WHATEVER YOU DO/SAY

ALWAYS FOCUS ON THE LESSON/S!!

To any WHY?

The lesson/s is always the same answer.

Make everyone aware of any and all soul connections:

The roles we play and lesson or lessons we agreed or need to play with each other in order to learn and evolve.

Always ask if it the right moment to see/speak about lessons as people are often reluctant to see any good in their pain/disease/situation etc.

Comfort them physically, hold their hand, or even better discretely place your hand/rub their back (at heart chakra point)

ALWAYS ask theirs and your own Divine Presence to take command if the energy is not flowing.

Take a moment to have some tea/coffee before starting the healing. Healing starts at the top (meaning the levels of the subtler bodies first and then only does it filter to the physical body).

Don’t move into another’s body straightaway.

Be gentle, break in slowly – this allows for your energies to blend.

Ask permission to the Divine Presence of the person first to do healing. 

Start with the emotional bodies and then other bodies before the physical.

Remember to proceed using the Metaphor of a concert.

Allow everyone to sit, then make themselves comfortable, then test their instruments, then under the command of the Director/Divine Presence the concert/healing can start and you must actually remember you are just the instrument – NOT – the music!!!!!

Prepare your hands in meditation and prayer poses - for they are an extension of your heart.

There are 27 main chakras located in your hands.

Ask your Divine Presence :

Hold my hands and

hold my heart in them and

guide me through this process

a single step at a time

BE FULLY PRESENT – that is how guidance can be received-given.

POINTS TO CONNECT (physical demo needed).

1. Heart chakra at the back. (clockwise)

2. Shoulders – with finger tips.

3. Place end of palm at the collar bone to points leading to the breast.

4. Underarms (only in sore hearts or cancer breasts).

5. End off with the feet, between the big toe and second toe.

6. Gently massage side of feet. People usually fall asleep.

Tell Yourself before patient arrives:

The Universe will never send me anyone that I cannot help.

They have chosen their experience/pain as souls.

Always engage with the patient as a divine entity – can’t repeat this enough!!!!

All healing should be a joyful experience.

People will only receive that which they can take or feel they can take.

It should never reflect on you as the healer….even Jeshua did not heal everyone…

Never take anything personally - it is their choice to heal or not to heal.

You just have to remain a pure instrument that means:

cleanse yourself of ego, expectation, approval (need), reputation worries, outcomes, fears of any kind etc…

SURRENDER to HEALING – as it is a spiritual process you can NEVER direct healing…IT DIRECTS ITSELF…if the patient is ready and open.

Say: My Father, I am ONE with you. And KNOW that IT IS SO.

Update – November 30th 2010

Beloved Friends,

This year is definitely ending with a bang and I must admit I am deeply grateful for it all.

At times my levels of fatigue were such that I was made to feel every single bone in my body with such intensity that I could not help but be reminded that in my seemingly non-existent capacity to say no to another demand for healing I myself needed some...

And so it was that the universe decided I needed spoiling when my beloved friends Professor Giraud and his lovely wife Kathy gave me a few days of their time share at the very posh Kwa Maritane in the truly magnificent Pilansberg National Park...and guess what?

While there, the very shy LOURIES!!!!! - of all birds, also known as "go-away" for their chant and for being so wild and suspicious of humans, came in their droves to eat in my hands!!!

Check out the pics below if it sounds too good to be true and - best for last - one of them after eating almost half a banana dropped a little bean in my hand to say thank you...amazing grace indeed...am keeping that little bean as very precious!

Then as I was driving out of the park just a few meters from the road I saw what at first looked like really big rocks... till I heard them breathing....?!? yeah...they were the rhinos those beautiful creatures so in great danger at the moment...check them out as well.

And when you have checked all that you will see my last self healing focus which I am sure you will love to read and share - I surely was divinely guided and inspired there.

Book 5 is being typeset as I type and hopefully printed as per the Divien Plan before the year is over!!!!

FOCUS: SELF HEALING

NO. 3 – REPROGRAMMING THE EMOTIONAL BODY

Beloved Friends,

In the last (for 2010) on the series of self-healing programs and meditations, our sharings today will focus on the emotional body.

Kept alive for thousands of years, in the Vedas and the Upanishads and far beyond in time, in The Emerald Tablets, (by the Three Times Great, better known to us as Lord Hermes or the god Thoth), the secret relationship between Sound and Form, is fundamental in understanding Life and of course today’s focus.

Even if we just understand this premise a little as in the biblical sentence “then there was the word and the word was God”, we start to at least understand how sound can indeed create and affect form, all Life forms.

Today we learn a little more about maintenance of our emotional body form through sound, because this is how we re-program and heal it, this being the body with the greatest impact in both our physical and mental bodies, both of which we briefly have looked at before.

Our emotional body equates to the water element, much as our physical body equates to the earth, and our mental body to the Air-Wind element. Our Spirit-Soul is of course the fire element but that is for another time, hopefully sometime during 2011, as our program for December is one of closure and celebration (see details at the end).

So, if our emotional body is “water” – meaning the biggest body of all, making us in the image of our Mother, the Earth, we could also call it – and perhaps even more accurately so – our Feeling Body – for indeed – whatever we feel always “feels like an ocean”…and weather we feel an ocean of joy or an ocean of sorrow – they both feel quite overwhelming – for such is indeed the nature of our emotional body.

In fact some of our common expressions capture well how truly overwhelming our emotions and feelings can be: – feeling an ocean of sorrow and grief, as if drowning in my own pain, laughed till I cried, peed in my pants, water water everywhere and not a drop to drink…etc

Therefore, if our physical bodies relate to the element of earth with its particles of solidity, our mental bodies to the element of air-wind with its particles of flying and passing thoughts and ideas, our emotional body is then simultaneously the liquidity, the frozenness, the steam and vapour particles – in short - all the changing states of water. Those of us so connected to our emotional body can, as I often do, enter the ocean so to speak, when I am healing, thus feeling the (often) tumultuous emotional field of another – but only to calm it and give it healing love of course.

For emotionally connected beings – other people’s emotions and thought-feelings become an open secret – which is very seldom the best script to engage with.

Still, feeling, true feeling is the destiny of all humans. When we as humans will have completed our cycles of learning in human bags of water-cum-biology – we will no longer need to come back here. But before that, we are here to learn to feel, truly feel until we truly experience what is Oneness, with each other and with all of Life.

In this state of true Oneness we learn to refrain from harm – in thought, feeling, action or word – who would want to harm him-her-Self as One?

We are on the right path when we only engage in what One needs and desires: love, peace, joy, abundance, forgiveness and - when generating ever more of these feelings becomes a common, conscious, collective action by all selves as OneSelf, then we have arrived…

Praying, chanting, Angelic music, sacred (deep, audible) breathing and sacred sound is how we do it. This is the body that needs the spoken-chanted Word-Mantra more than any other. The body of water needs all the other elements to find its balance: loving thought (air) loving sound (wind) and loving care (earth’s nourishment) - after all - its seat in the physical body is the Solar Plexus.

And so it is that, just like a lake needs to be fed with new clean water, to heal and allow its muddy bottom to grow the much needed benevolent reeds and flowers, like the lotus, which transmutes the ugly mud into divine beauty – it also desperately needs the force of the wind to better oxygenate its Life force and affect the very energy and conductivity of its waters, increasing its self-healing capacity, vibrating with renewed Life.

Meditate on being lake, lotus, reed and wind for we are all of them…

It is indeed the sound-music of the wind like a lullaby sang by the reeds that will assist the water of any lake to heal and regenerate itself….(SOUND again!)

Much like tornadoes, hurricanes, and cyclonic winds bring renewed vibration to the seas and the oceans by “howling” and singing to them their sacred music sounds.

So how do we apply all this to our own emotional body and how do we reprogram it to self heal again and again?

By using sound, making sound and creating sound.

Use of Tibetan Bowls, both Crystal and metal; sound instruments which copy nature's sounds such as ….bells, gongs, wooden frogs, rain pipes, aboriginal wind blowing horns etc.

Wind chimes are magic for melancholia

Music – of the purest form and vibration: some classical, new age, angelic etc but not music with words – unless they are sacred words, chants and mantras of course.

Be very mindful of music words that relate to some person’s own drama or event and is thus capable of subliminally influence your emotional body to also cry, grieve, identify yourself with their experience, etc, such as so-called love songs, often holding sad memories, commercial music which just rattles one’s inner peace, words that sound good but mean absolutely nothing, etc.

Making sound can also simply be learning to breathe audibly and gutturally especially so when exhaling – this is a very powerful program when associated to thoughts and intentions of healing and letting go of all that no longer serves us: relationships, pain, fear, lack, things, events, emotions, feelings and or any such thing/issue that could be holding us back.

We should breathe as if we were breathing them out of our system, consciously!

OM – vibrated – up, down and in any direction brings Peace and heightens energy levels in the energy centres to which it is directed.

If you are a beginner at humming the OM start by practicing in a bath with your ears immersed as you chant – you will then feel the vibration heightened through the water, especially if you add a hand full of sea salt crystals to the bath water…best done in the morning as this can energise one too much at night, or even cause insomnia.

Try to direct the OM down to the Solar Plexus – very calming for anxiety.

Then chant NAMAH – from the Solar Plexus upwards into the Heart Centre

SHIVAYA – this is a sound of completion and dissolution (of all illusion).

Sing the sacred mantra of Lord Shiva: OM NAMAH SHIVAYA – finding your own tune and rhythm till peace again reigns in every single one of your cells – this is the ancient and easy way to reprogram Love, Light, Peace and Healing back into our emotional being and beyond, into the totality of all our bodies…Sing it on!

CDs with only Nature’s sounds also help: bird songs, waterfalls, wind, frogs, and the like are also very recommended in order to affect very deeply those parts of the emotional body requesting or needing assistance. I particularly like to recommend all sounds pertaining to water as this body is our “waters” and they need the resonance of other calm waters. Like a trickle in a stream or a river, to get into their original resonance. CDs with sounds of sea waves gently breaking are widely available and they are superb healing tools and excellent meditating background sounds.

Last but not least – and always in view of the fact that the emotional body is our body of water, therefore a body within another, hyper-interconnected to all other bodies, especially the physical body, it is of the utmost importance to:

BLESS every single drop of water we take with infinite LOVE AND GRATITUDE as well as any intention you wish to bring about in any new programming.

For example: you could hold your bottle/glass of water, as I do, against my heart and say aloud: I bless and thank you with all my love on behalf of all humans and I thank you for the gift of Life you represent to my body and the body of all Creation. Please help me to reprogram my own body of water back to its divine Peace and Perfection. Thank You I Love You Infinitely!

You can also hopefully, by now, learn to do this with your food and add a new program that will include for instance “take my nausea away” or any such request to your food BUT ESPECIALLY YOUR DRINKING WATER

Then know that it is so!

None of the above is wishful thinking but rather the new frontier of scientific discovery as per the magnificent DVD – Water the great mystery- which hopefully I will screen for us all soon and where you will be able to see some of the world’s greatest minds share their new experiments, such as the very spiritual 2009 Nobel Prize winner for chemistry Kurt Wuthrich from Switzerland, Leonid Izvekov, Konstantin Korotkov and Vladimir Voiekov from Russia, Rustum Roy from the USA, Masaru Emoto from Japan amongst many others…from China, Austria, Britain, Argentina, Kazakhstan etc…

Here you have the most important for now.

After another long silence I have so much to share that I can only hope to make it all as interesting to read as it has been for me to experience. So far, 2010 has been a year of challenges, surprises and gifts of all kinds…

Computer – crashed and I simply lost all in it including all email addresses – should you note I do not e-mail – do let me know as it means I do not have it in my records…am starting to gather my addresses all over again…in any emergency please just sms me as usual on:  +27 82 732 9009

Healing – been busy with demands for absent healing from friends in France Japan and Argentina mainly, and of course with hands on as usual right here in my healing room; miracles big and small are the gifts we receive and that includes healing this little baby weaver who had flew into a pole and whom I held in my heart till he healed, but not before he decided to check out my book cover up close for a while….sorry if the picture is not too sharp I took it with my Blackberry

Book 5 – The Cosmic Alphabet an introduction to the Language of Light - coming along beautifully – now at the stage of its second editing, after I have been away twice to the Golden Gate and The Vaal River to re-write the intro…better and simpler now…let us see if my Editor agrees. And so who knows? I may still manage to have it ready for publishing by year end…Check out some extracts – I have created a new section dedicated to it with what will be close enough to the final front cover…

Book 6 – coming along beautifully too but much slower of course as my greater focus really is on The Cosmic Alphabet till it is complete and out there doing what it is meant to do…

My Prayer and Meditation group now on its ninth year is – more than ever – a place of nurturance and devotion to the Divine within each one of us who have stayed and prayed  together all these years… it has become a highlight for us all now (almost always) twice a month. Check out the last subject we shared on the 2nd of October -  about learning to re-program parts of our biology and if you are ready to accept this work, then enjoy as I am offering a series of such teachings freely after realising that I do not have to go all the way to Mozambique to give them to just a lucky few …(click here to jump to that section or scroll down it is all pasted below). I have also finally accepted the idea of running workshops on healing matters if the demand continues. Do let me know your feedback.

Radio work – still going strong as well – and I may just have my contract renewed by the SABC for the eighth year as feedback tells us that people – especially in French speaking Africa - really are benefitting from what I share with them in my programs. If such is the Divine Plan – I will happily oblige -filled with ever greater love and gratitude, after all how many people have a voice able to reach so many millions at once? I truly feel blessed and infinitely grateful to those “above and below” who have allowed and enabled me to do this sacred work of spreading the Light and making a difference in my beloved continent…
Long Live Channel Africa!!!!!

Karina, my daughter – almost 100 per cent  well again – she has recovered well, rested a lot, finally managed to write her best seller all over again and is slowly becoming accustomed to the slower pace of the Cape. Having asked to be used by Light to serve as best she can, she has already been approached by other servers and surely in Divine Time that will translate in her work impacting all those it is meant to, exactly as, when and where it should… And again she has invited me to visit a few days later this month sweet generous child she is…and beautiful Cape Town is now my second home by the sea…

October first, I started fasting – like my devout Hindu friends, I try it almost every year till Diwali – the Hindu Festival of Light. For this period we do not eat anything animal to bring about greater light into our lives. I will push my body a little further by eating nothing solid at all for as many days as possible. I started serious fasting in my yearly twenties and my record without solids is close to twenty days, give or take a day or two, as the last days I really started eating a few dry peaches  too many..perhaps this year I can break this record…will see…

PRAYER MEDITATION MEETING – 2 OCTOBER 2010

RE-PROGRAMMING PARTS OUR BIOLOGY

Beloved Friends,

In what I hope will become a series of sharings I have been guided to pass along before I myself move on dimensionally “for real”…this is a first attempt at reminding us as a group about our God given capacity to reprogram those parts of our biology that may need some help, to make our life in the here and now, easier, thus helping us fulfil our part of the Divine Plan, with greater ease and grace.

After our friend Margaret nearly did her own dimensional shift last month with a serious lung infection, I decided that this was the time to finally share and put in writing the very basics of an easy procedure to do this programming. But before, let us discuss a few “foundation rocks” needed for doing this spiritual work.

1. For millennia we have been programmed with limitative beliefs about our bodies, minds and especially about our God given capacity to self-heal and regenerate. This work today is about over-riding all such old and outdated programming and therefore can be more or less lengthy depending on the “integrity” of the old programming – the stronger it is the harder it will be to over-ride…but hopefully it is already disintegrating for most of us present here today…

2. We need to identify our inner dialogue and deep held beliefs with the focused determination to let them all go once and for all, if they are not Love-Light based; i.e.: I am an aging person, physical pain is my karma, my body is falling apart, going south slowly, giving in to the law of gravity etc…be watchful for any self defeating/limiting/diminishing word/idea/feeling…unlike our ears, blocked most of the time, our biology really truly listens and always agrees!!!

3. Repeat often: As One with God I can create/do/heal/change anything.

4. As pure energy – we can recycle all parts of us that may need to be recycled – lungs, bones, eyes, blood, etc. Let us not forget that the divine encoding for all life is exactly one of recycling energy permanently; our bodies recycle all the time: water into blood, urine, bananas into protein, salts, potassium, etc

5. As multidimensional beings we are having expression (life) in multi-dimensions-places simultaneously.

6. If time and space are just constructs of this 3-4th dimensional reality then in a higher or absolute reality, we could state that either they do not exist at all or that they co-exist as a continuum.  Let us use the onion metaphor: it has many layers (dimensions) but its core and its skin remain just that - layers, making the whole onion. This implies that our current selves as well as past and future selves are all having existence, across dimensions, in the eternal now, as a whole much like an onion is whole with its many layers…

7. Keeping these points in our awareness and fully understanding them is key to what is to follow. So let us give some thought one by one to all these reminders and please feel free to ask me questions if you do not understand as I now shall review each one of them in greater detail.

NB:  a part of the info was given orally as I often channel Archangels Michael and Raphael during teachings pertaining to Healing)

Simplified Procedure

1. Visualise yourself as a beam of light (let us call it our continuum in the eternal now) being projected from the very heart of Creator much like a ray is projected from the sun, not ours, but the One Central Sun of All Creation.

2. Now imagine “your” light beam reflecting itself in little mirrors. Each one is reflecting back an image of time line/ a life time / a person.

3. Take note of how many you feel are being reflected: examples – a child in a war zone; a priest in Egypt; a slave in Persia – whatever – comes to mind – write them all down on the spot if these lives come to you as spontaneous images / reflections/memories in those little mirrors – meditate a while and keep looking into each one of the little mirrors – give yourself as much time as necessary. For some it can be a few seconds for others it will be hours, months or perhaps years. It is OK – time is just an illusion anyway…all in divine time. Some of you here may not “see” anything and that too is OK. IMAGINATION needs exercising often!!!

4. As you manage to “see” these reflected images in the little mirrors acknowledge each one of them with love and respect, in the knowing that these are all facets of your Self, call them your little selves, your “mini-me’s, your past selves, future selves, whatever you prefer. Take time to really make sure you can actually “see” them all as parts of you. It helps to also voice out loud for instance: thank you for what I learn and acquire through your experience, I send you love and courage for your chosen path; you and I are one; you and I are Love; you and I are different reflections of the same light, roles we play…say what you feel in your heart – therein resides all the keys and especially so the one for this work.

5. When you have managed this for all identified facets of your Being, ask the part of you that is Pure Light, your Divine Presence, to assist you in transferring energy from all these facets to the one here and now having a specific need. This could be for better lungs, stronger bones, and greater energy, whatever…

Using words that resonate with you here is my example:

Divine Presence I NOW command with Deep Love and Infinite Gratitude that all aspects of me having simultaneous existence in all places, dimensions and timelines be aware and attend this moment to my request. I ask that my (ex: lungs) are given greater amounts of energy and that the best (lungs) I have ever manifested be re-programmed and manifested in this current lifetime and in this body, so as to allow me to accomplish my part of the divine plan with ease and grace. Let me be stronger and healthier and encoded with as much light as my current biology can accommodate.. Thank you and may Love sustain all existing facets of my Being, till their work too is accomplished.

There – the very basics – now let us discuss the details…

Why my long silence

Beloved Friends,

This long silence on my part has its reasons and here they are….

1.         By mid February I finally went into isolation at the Golden Gate and finished the bulk of channelling for my fifth book:

The Cosmic Alphabet – an introduction to the language of light

My book 5 has been a co-creation with Spirit over a period spanning some seven years, my longest yet.
It took me all this time to fully grasp that which I was to teach, but then again as I say often, we are all at any given time simultaneously students and masters…and as we master a little, we are always given more, in proportion to what we pass on. I surely pass on most of what I receive and for those of you who know me close up and personal, well, that includes my crystals, my scarves and my jewellery and to the dismay of my closest family members, sometimes even bigger items that they suddenly no longer find where they originally thought they had kept them….yep been caught often giving staff away…but how else could new staff come our way I ask you?
Make place for the new, that is how!

2.         Anyway – that out of the way – Shivaratri came – the celebration of the birth of Lord Shiva – and so my Hindu best friend Mani Mithal got to invite me after having had the first peek at what Lord Shiva transmitted as teachings in my latest book. She thought that it was indeed Divine Time to invite me to come to her home for a few days – and she was right - we had not taken time to be together and prepare our long dreamt of, trip to India, intended to all the sacred places and spaces of healing we so looked forward to visit together – this time not as healers – always giving – but as patients – this time receiving – all kinds of treatments and learning together how we could best incorporate all we experienced in our busy practices.

Mani and I spent these few glorious days of Shivaratri in the temples of Lenasia, in southern Johannesburg and I couldn’t help thinking how India was already so familiar because of her loving teachings and introductions to a whole new way of adoring God and all His-Her creations as Sacred; Hinduism does that just beautifully and so we were blessed not only by our love for each other but also by our mutual heart-mind openness and adoration of God in All. The fact that Hindu temples are filled with colour, flowers and even fruit and milk we can help ourselves to, after it has been blessed, only makes it all even more exciting to my inner child, who for ever is searching for wonder and enchantment. No wonder my spiritual name is Haritini – meaning literally – the tiny little enchantress…perhaps enchanted would be more accurate a translation, but well you get the idea…at almost 54 I have kept my inner child’s capacity to stay enchanted by Life and its Beauty, if not all, surely most of the time.

Then after these few precious days at the temples together celebrating Lord Shiva and our love and friendship for each other, Mani came to my monthly  meditation and she sat at my feet – my lounge is so filled every month that we literally have no other way than sitting on top of each other in order to be together and benefit from the love and the healing energies we all co-create and bring about, as the living portal that we are as Light workers ….and I recall her loving words in response to my humorous apology for smelling feet:
She replied loudly to all in the group – “now you see what I had to endure these past few days at home and in the temples celebrating Lord Shiva with her always bare feet”…and we all laughed…
Then in my ears only, she said sweetly:
may I live to suffer the sweet smell of your feet for a very long time… I love you.

Four days later she went into a coma after a severe stroke and never again spoke another word. She did visit me in spirit and we had a few more conversations but her physical presence was gone and I cried a lot with a sore and very heavy heart.

I grieved her like I have never grieved another soul in my whole life.
Mani’s love was pure and simple. She was generous and uncomplicated. There were no expectations and no time constraints – we were happy just to be-know that the other existed and was there always – even if sometimes we did not talk for very long periods not even on the phone. Still we knew we were there for each other as sister souls – in all things that count – unconditional love, support and devotion to God in any form. For us both, no-thing was more important than this ability to adore God in all. In short our love for each other was truly divine and unconditional.

And so I grieved her, her love, her generosity, she often cooked for me, special Hindu treats with hot spices and special blessings, she gave me blocks of pure camphor to purify the air, water from the Sacred Ganges river, Sacred Vibuti from Sai Baba and anything else any friend would bring her from India – she shared it all with me – and it meant more than all the treasures of the world put together – because hers, were thoughtful, love filled gifts, always given in a  spirit of devotional sharing that imprinted all her offerings with a love so infinite that I, in turn, just shared them with all my patients as they came along. Mani’s gifts to me never lasted long – and she knew this, so she would soon make a plan to get me some more…pass it on was our common way…what is not given is lost …are words I seriously live by everyday…

When Mani passed on, after two weeks in a coma, I kissed her feet in adoration of God in her, said NAMASTE a few times with as much love as I could master and when I saw the flames of the crematorium that would eventually consume her human body, I made a promise: to let my grief go up in the flames too and so it did.

Mani - like India - is eternal, and so is our loving friendship. Life goes on and my time – as far as I know could be any time too…so I go on, a day at a time as if it was my last, doing the best I can and trying as much as possible to remember to love so purely and as unconditionally as she herself did all those she knew.

3.         Number 3 is Karina’s (my daughter) favourite number.
She was born on 3.7.77. – And seeing the three sevens I joke often:
My child you are born with the jackpot!!!! – Never forget it!!!!

This came to be a truth of such importance as to be really a defining one between Life and Death recently. Karina had a conscious near death experience by mid-March and what an experience that was too!

On a sunny afternoon there I was in my healing room preparing to consult with two new patients – both Russian scientists who, now in their seventies, had themselves a wonderful and varied background. They were soul mates, were part of the Diaspora to Israel, and then later chose to settle in South Africa. The most wonderful and loving couple I have come across in a very long time.

As we were just at the introductory stage of drinking some tea together my cell phone rang and only then did I realise I had “forgotten” to switch it off as I usually do when my patients arrive…
Seeing that it was my daughter, I answered, with their permission. Being parents themselves, they fully understood…

Suddenly my daughter blurted out – “maman I am dying….”
I said Karina – take a deep breath and start again, where are you?
“I am dying maman – I am in my bed and I can’t feel my left leg, the place is moving and I can feel my vital energy escaping through the top of my head”.

Calmly I said: Karina take a few deep breaths – gently – breathe in with me; and I started to breathe aloud to better guide her.

Karina breathed with me and after ten or so breaths she said she felt better but she still could not feel her left leg. I replied perhaps you are having a stroke of something, perhaps a blood clot…can you take some aspirin?.
She did. We put the phone down and I waited while my two new Russian friends sat their eyes wide-open, in front of me…far more disturbed by then than me it would seem.

I said: don’t worry – all is unfolding exactly as it should at all times – she will be OK – I re-assured them and hugged the lady who by now was really feeling overwhelmed by all this and crying...

The telephone rang again, some ten minutes later. Karina said this time:  “Maman it is so hard to stay here my symptoms are starting again and I can actually see the tunnel of light joining at the top of my head and thousands of people on the other side waiting for me, I can see my grand-mother smiling with open arms, it is so hard to negotiate, so hard to choose…but I am so scared Maman, I am not ready. I thought I was but I am not ready I want to still do so much here…”

In a reflex of “genius-in-despair”, I heard myself telling her:
“Then ask – just ask them all that you want to stay behind a while longer
Ask – just ask and it shall be given – and if it is possible your wish will be granted…(…)

Fast forward – her wish was granted – again – making this episode her third life indeed as she was already living on “borrowed time” after her brain tumour of twelve years ago…

And so it is that Karina ended up in the Intensive Care Unit of the Sandton Clinic for a good week before full diagnosis and treatment were effective – She was suffering from neurocystircercosis and the little virus was in her brain perhaps since she was seven or ten years old…
This condition is responsible for suppressing the immune system, which finally explained to us all why she was so often fighting flu, tummy and all sorts of “bugs”...

Needless to say, she is perfect now and living in Cape Town, to where I had to drive her, with her dogs and her car, etc… and so my life these past few weeks really has really been… well let us call it, eventful…

I have since developed a renewed respect for cell phones. This was not the first time I was able to calm a person all the way to the emergency room of the nearest hospital…technology is wonderful when used for Life and Love. Today I got myself a Blackberry to go further and get my E-mail anywhere…but please just bear with me, I am still getting to know the new toy.

Now add to these events, the increased demand for healing, writing the radio programs every week, preparing two meditation groups per month, running a home, cooking and cleaning, pets, garden, etc. etc and you see how challenging this has all been.

From April 1st, till 2011, the SABC granted me again the honour of a seventh season for my inspirational program, so I continue to touch millions of people in Africa and in the francophone world who listen to me…but due to budget constraints, English is still on stand by though….

My trip to Mozambique to swim with the dolphins is now postponed indefinitely as we did not manage to gather a big enough group to make it (financially speaking). Sorry to all of you who were so excited about being there in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean with me…

And in all this, my own mortality too reminded me that I do not need to travel anywhere to pass on my teachings to those meant to receive them. In this spirit I shall start a series of healing journeys right here in my healing room, accommodating small groups of three or four students at a time and thus pass on and share all I have so far received.

Since I have taken this decision my Book 6 has already starting the incubation period and it shall be called:

A Bridge Between Dimensions – understanding spiritual healing-
 under the loving Guidance of Archangel Raphael.

With the cosiness of winter getting closer, this could indeed be the year when I write two books.

This – beloved friends – will hopefully explain some of my long silence.

Know that We Are Love and that only Love is real.
All the rest is Illusion – never mind how sore it feels when we bump against it…illusion it shall remain, nevertheless.

For Mother’s Day I will be in Cape Town from the 16th to the 20t May for a well deserved break…gift of my Beloved Karina…

As 2009 slowly winds down into our southern summer's longest day (21st) I wish to thank you all for your love, as well as for your support in all its forms, but mostly just for sharing this earthly journey with me.

Some of you play the roles of sick or needy ones, others those roles of students and still others those roles of loving soul or biology family, while still others play the roles of fans and generous givers and angels in all disguises; each and every role enriching my life beyond measure, especially those playing the most challenging ones.

In return I too, play many roles as well, including those of joyful clown, dyslexic writer, left-behind ET, angel, spiritual healer, counselor, author and through the medium of radio and television, the role of guide to so many I will sadly never meet, just to mention a few...

Still of all the roles you and I play in this script called Life On Planet Earth, the best one is the one we all get to play together: the brotherly-sisterly role of soul-family (i.e.: FRIENDS), whom by definition we can always count on.

Again let us remember though - that whatever role we are playing, we are not our roles! WE ARE LOVE - and I love each one of you as the UNIQUE LOVE that you truly are.
When I say this I truly experience each and every one of you as simply being a part of DIVINE PERFECTION and as you may have already noted, I do not really take any role very seriously, focusing rather on reflecting as much as possible back to you - that which you love about yourself while looking at me/my mirror...all you love about me is all you love about yourself - mirrors reflecting only and exactly - what is already there....
And - if we sometimes do not like what we see, it is still ourselves we are looking at....

Playing the mirror is it not just the ultimate of all roles?

My life script within the great Script of Life Itself would be sadder and much poorer without every single One of YOU and the roles you each play in my awareness.
Thank You for the Love and the loving reflections you give me through your own heart/mirror.
I truly AM BLESSED and very deeply GRATEFUL, so much so that no words could possibly ever describe this warm-feathery feeling in my heart just thinking of you.

In 2010 I shall learn to Love YOU still more and more unconditionally, and NAMASTE will become my fully conscious living role and mantra:
The Divine in me honors the Divine in You - NAMASTE!!!!!
